Η κοπέλα, λόγω έλλειψης επαγγελματισμού, μου δημιούργησε αιμάτωμα και έγκαυμα στα χέρια, από ότι μου είπε ο δερματολόγος, τον οποίο αναγκάστηκα να επισκεφτώ. Επίσης, άφησε πάρα πολύ κερί στο σώμα μου-μέρος του οποίου προσπάθησε να αφαιρέσει με ψαλίδι(!!!)- και στα ρούχα μου κάποια από τα οποία αχρηστεύτηκαν. Το χειρότερο όλων είναι ότι όταν εξέφρασα τη δυσαρέσκειά μου, μου απάντησε επιδεικτικά ''Συμβαίνουν αυτά''. Δεν θα ξαναπάω πότε. I did hair removal and was completely disappointed. The girl, due to lack of professionalism, caused hematoma and burns on my hands, from what the dermatologist told me, whom I had to visit. He also left too much wax on my body - part of which he tried to remove with scissors (!!!) - and on my clothes some of which were useless. Worst of all, when I expressed my dissatisfaction, he replied ostentatiously, "These things happen." I will never go again.
M	Marita Vitali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα πρώτη φορά στ χώρο για τοποθέτηση φυσικης ενίσχυσης στα χέρια. Το προσωπικό είναι επιεικως απαράδεκτο! Υπήρξε μικρή καθυστέρηση από πλευράς μου λόγω δυσκολίας στο πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή. Η κοπέλα στην είσοδο μου λέει "Άργησες! Να σου κάνω ημιμόνιμο?". Προφανώς αρνήθηκα και ζήτησα την υπηρεσία για την οποία είχα κλείσει ραντεβού. Εν τέλει δέχτηκαν. Καλή ποιότητα υλικών ωστόσο το αποτέλεσμα αρκετά μέτριο. Δεν κάναμε το χρώμα που ήθελα λόγω αυτής της καθυστέρησης αλλά ζήτησα σχέδιο. Αρχικά ήταν ένα σχέδιο πρόχειρο το οποίο και ξεβαψαμε και καταλήξαμε στο μετρό αποτελέσμα της φωτογραφίας. Κατά την πληρωμη, η κυρία στο ταμείο (δεν γνωρίζω τον ρόλο της ακριβώς,φάνηκε όμως υπεύθυνη για το κατάστημα) ζήτησε να δει το αποτέλεσμα και με ειρωνικό ύφος είπε "Πολύ ωραίοοοο!". Έδωσα το διόλου ευκαταφρόνητο ποσό των €35 ευρώ κι έφυγα με καμιά πρόθεση να επιστρέψω! Συστήνω να μείνετε μακριά από αυτό το μέρος, υπάρχουν άπειρες εναλλακτικες! I went for the first time to the place for placing physical reinforcement on my hands. The staff is indulgently unacceptable! There was a slight delay on my part due to difficulty in parking in the area. The girl at my entrance says "Are you late! Shall I make you semi-permanent?". Obviously I refused and asked for the service for which I had made an appointment. In the end they accepted. Good quality materials however the result is quite mediocre. We did not get the color I wanted because of this delay but I asked for a design. Initially it was a draft which we painted and ended up in the subway as a result of the photo. During the payment, the lady at the checkout (I do not know her role exactly, but she seemed responsible for the store) asked to see the result and ironically said "Very nice!". I gave the not insignificant amount of € 35 euros and left with no intention of returning! I recommend staying away from this place, there are endless alternatives!

S	Synthia Tzitzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant service, excellent nail technique by staff but absolutely horrible, dirty, old rusty tools. Management should step in and take care of that. Tools should be cleaned before next customer comes or at least grab another set.
