Eigenaar die je excursies kan aanbieden om leuke plekjes te zien die je anders niet ziet. Ligging is lekker rustig in een vallei, geen herrie niets, wel een auto nodig om iets te bezoeken. Al met al een aanrader om even heerlijk bij te komen. Wonderful place to stay. Large rooms fully equipped. Owner who can offer you excursions to see nice places that you would otherwise not see. Location is nice and quiet in a valley, no noise, you do need a car to visit. All in all a must to spend some delightful.

Die Gastgeber kümmern sich sehr sorgfältig um alles. Wir waren Anfang Oktober mit zwei Familien dort und haben zwei nebeneinanderliegende Wohnungen gemietet. Dort hatten wir völlige Ruhe und einen tollen Ausblick von dem umlaufenden Balkon, bei Tag (Berge und Meer) und bei Nacht (Sternenhimmel). Dankeschön! A great place to stay in beautiful surroundings. The apartments are very spacious, well-kept and well thought out. The hosts take care of everything very carefully. We were there with two families at the beginning of October and rented two apartments next to each other. There we had complete peace and a great view from the surrounding balcony, by day (mountains and sea) and by night (starry sky). Thank-you!

Prachtig uitzicht, appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en is schoon, airco werkt prima, en de gastheer Paul en gastvrouw Astra zijn bijzonder fijne mensen! Nice and secluded, and yet only 3 km from the village. PEACE! Beautiful view, apartment has everything you need and is clean, air conditioning works great, and the host Paul and hostess Astra are very nice people!

Het huis en de omgeving zijn heel goed verzorgd, zeer schoon en alles is met veel zorg en aandacht vorm gegeven. Een paradijselijk fijne plek om te zijn!! Het was zalig!! Een enorme aanrader voor wie gesteld is op rust en toch in de nabijheid van een oud en zeer gezellig Grieks vissersdorp als Agia Galini wil vertoeven!! Hartelijk dank voor de gastvrijheid Paul en Astra en voor jullie fijne tips om Kreta en haar mooie natuur en geschiedenis, te verkennen!! Hele goede energie opgedaan! We komen graag nog eens terug bij Mesa Riza! Mesa Riza is beautifully situated, you have a wide view of the raw mountains, on which sheep and olive trees, the (now unfilled) river and the beautiful swimming pool with pool house, where you can sit. The house and its surroundings are very well cared for, very clean and everything has been designed with great care and attention. A heavenly nice place to be !! It was blissful !! A huge recommendation for those who like peace and quiet and yet want to stay in the vicinity of an old and very cozy Greek fishing village such as Agia Galini !! Thank you very much for the hospitality Paul and Astra and for your great tips to explore Crete and its beautiful nature and history !! Gained very good energy! We would love to come back to Mesa Riza!

Een uitstap met Paul mag je zeker niet missen, je ontdekt de mooiste en meest verborgen plekjes en krijgt er de meest fantastische verhalen te horen ; zeker een aanrader! Ik ben door een ongeluk slecht ter been, maar dankzij de slimme opzet van het pand, kon ik me gelijkvloers voortbewegen, naar de auto, het zwembad en in het appartement. Mesa Riza is prachtig gelegen, je kijkt weids uit over de rauwe bergen, waarop schapen en olijfbomen, de (nu ongevulde) rivier en het prachtige zwembad met poolhouse, waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Het huis en de omgeving zijn heel goed verzorgd, zeer schoon en alles is met veel zorg en aandacht vorm gegeven. Aan Paul en Astra hebben we aangegeven dat het fijn zou zijn om iets fijnere stoelen te hebben bij het appartement, voor als je langer wilt zitten lezen of praten. Voor ons werd dat ter plaatse gelijk opgelost, door een stoel van henzelf en één uit het poolhouse beschikbaar te stellen. Maar dat is ook echt het enige wat beter kon, de houten stoelen, want het is een paradijselijk fijne plek om te zijn!! Het was zalig!! Een enorme aanrader voor wie gesteld is op rust en toch in de nabijheid van een oud en zeer gezellig Grieks vissersdorp als Agia Galini wil vertoeven!! We komen graag nog eens terug bij Mesa Riza! We traveled to Mesa Riza with two couples and had a truly wonderful holiday. Due to an accident, I have difficulty walking, but thanks to the smart design of the building, I was able to move on the ground floor, to the car, the swimming pool and into the apartment. Mesa Riza is beautifully situated, you have a wide view over the raw mountains, on which sheep and olive trees, the (now unfilled) river and the beautiful swimming pool with pool house, where you can sit. The house and its surroundings are very well cared for, very clean and everything has been designed with great care and attention. We indicated to Paul and Astra that it would be nice to have slightly finer chairs near the apartment, if you want to sit and read or talk longer. For us, this was immediately resolved on the spot, by making a chair of their own and one from the pool house available. But that is really the only thing that could be better, the wooden chairs, because it is a heavenly nice place to be !! It was blissful !! A huge recommendation for those who like peace and quiet and yet want to stay in the vicinity of an old and very cozy Greek fishing village like Agia Galini !! Thank you very much for the hospitality Paul and Astra and for your great tips to explore Crete and its beautiful nature and history !! Gained very good energy! Goede appartementen met een heerlijk zwembad tot je beschikking. Een paar minuten van het gezellige dorpje Agia Galini. Wil je een leuke of actieve dagtocht plannen, ben je bij Paul aan het goede adres. Astra maakt het af met een heerlijke lunch bereidt met lokale producten. Vanuit de locatie van Mesa Riza zijn er heel veel hotspots te bezoeken. Dank Astra & Paul. We hebben opnieuw genoten! After 7 years, our stay with Astra and Paul was again a joy. Mesa Riza offers all the comforts to enjoy a wonderful holiday. Good apartments with a lovely swimming pool at your disposal. A few minutes from the pleasant village of Agia Galini. If you want to plan a fun or active day trip, Paul is the right place for you. Astra tops it off with a delicious lunch prepared with local products. From the location of Mesa Riza there are many hotspots to visit. Thanks Astra & Paul. We enjoyed again!
