She was extremely rude and aggressive for the simple reason that she mentioned that there was a phone number at the post which i hadn't noticed because it was written only at the end of the notes of the post, while there was another phone number at the very start of the post which i thought (and insisted twice) that it was the right one. Trying to give her my feedback about how I felt that she was so rude simply because I missed that phone number, resulted to her shutting down the call on me.
