Περίμεναμε φωτό στο viber οπως μας υποσχέθηκε , έβλεπε τα μηνύματα μας κ δεν απαντούσε ! Η Αγγελια υπάρχει ακόμη 15 μερες μετά με νεα τιμή Λίγη σοβαρότητα θα έκανε καλό! Edit : εντωμεταξύ ρώτησε κ μια Φιλη κ το έχουν ακόμη ανοίκιαστο! Η απάντηση ότι 290 +40 για κοινόχρηστα κτλπ τη θεωρώ επίσης υποτιμητική όπως κ την υπόλοιπη συμπεριφορά ! Κ	Κυριακή Ιορδάνου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για την Κα έχω θετική άποψη καθ' ότι εκείνη απάντησε την κλήση μου και ήταν ευγενική. Δεν ασχολείται με τα μεσιτικά όμως ? Ασχολείται με ασφαλιστικό τομέα και πάνω σ' αυτό δεν έχω άποψη. Εγώ τους απευθύνθηκα γι'αγορα σπιτιού! Η ευγενική κυρία λοιπόν μου είπε ότι τα σπίτια είναι διαθέσιμα και βεβαίως μπορούμε να τα δούμε. Κλείνουμε και ραντεβού για τις 3μμ ημέρα Σάββατο. Έχουμε πει να τηλεφωνηθουμε για την ακριβή ώρα. Μ'ενημερωνει ότι με τα μεσιτικά ασχολείται ο σύζυγος. Καλώ να φιξαρω το ραντεβού όντας ήδη στον Ωρωπό από Αθήνα και ο Κος με λίγα λόγια αρνείται να μας δείξει τα σπίτια λέγοντας ότι αν δεν μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι από τα σπίτια που είχαμε δει με τον προηγούμενο μεσίτη σίγουρα δεν έχει κάτι να μας δείξει που θα μας αρέσει! Έχουμε χάσει ένα δίωρο από τις πολυάσχολες ζωές μας να περιμένουμε να πάει 3 για το ραντεβού και ο Κύριος απαξιει ναμας αφιερώσει μια ώρα από την ζωή του! Κι αναρωτιόμαστε..μα ΤΙ δουλειά κάνει; Μεσίτης ή μέντιουμ; Πως μπορεί να ξέρει τί θα μας άρεσε και τι όχι; Ο κάθε άνθρωπος είναι διαφορετικός! Πήγε να μου πει και καλά ότι δεν σπαταλάει τον χρόνο μας! Έλεος! Για σπίτι ψάχνουμε όχι για φόρεμα! Το να δεις κάποια δεν είναι σπατάλη χρόνου! Είναι στο πρόγραμμα! Κι αν είναι έτσι έστω γιατί δεν με κάλεσε εγκαίρως, μόνος του να Μ ενημερώσει και περίμενε την κλήση μου; Επαγγελματισμός ανύπαρκτος! Λυπάμαι πραγματικά τους πελάτες του ! Δεν θα πουλήσουν ποτέ τα σπίτια τους αν δεν απευθυνθούν κι αλλού! Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά ! Μ α κ ρ ι α ! I have a positive opinion of Ms. as she answered my call and was polite. We have lost two hours of our busy lives waiting for 3 to go for the appointment and the Lord deserves us to dedicate an hour of his life! And we wonder..but WHAT job does it do? Broker or psychic? How can he know what we would like and what not? Every person is different! He went to tell me well that he is not wasting our time! Mercy! We are looking for a house, not a dress! Seeing one is not a waste of time! It is in the program! And if so, why did he not call me in time, to inform M himself and wait for my call? Professionalism non-existent! I really feel sorry for his customers! They will never sell their homes unless they go elsewhere! Unacceptable behavior! Away !
