★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το γραφείο του κ Αγγελάκη ανέλαβε την πώληση του ακινήτου μου και την έφερε εις πέρας με άψογο επαγγελματισμο! Ήταν κατατοπιστικοι απ την αρχή απ τον ίδιο τον κ Αγγελάκη μέχρι την κοπέλα την Δήμητρα που μέχρι τέλους μας βοήθησε για το πως θα προετοιμασουμε τα χαρτιά μας και την διαδικασία της διαικπαιρεωσης της πώλησης! Αλλά αυτό που θα τονίσω είναι η ευγένεια τους μέχρι και την επόμενη μέρα της πώλησης , έλαβα μήνυμα απ την γλυκιά Δήμητρα με την καλημέρα της!!
Σας ευχαριστούμε εγώ και ο σύζυγος μου!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η αγγελία του ακινήτου για το οποίο είχε επέλθει από τριμήνου πλήρης συμφωνία των μερών και αναμενόταν μόνο η υπογραφή, δημοσιεύθηκε ξανά σε γνωστή ιστοσελίδα αγγελιών σε τιμή πολύ υψηλότερη από την αρχικώς συμφωνηθείσα. Όταν έγιναν οι απαραίτητες συστάσεις, το μεσιτικό γραφείο υποστήριξε ότι η αγγελία ανέβηκε εκ παραδρομής και λόγω τεχνικού προβλήματος. Ως εκ περισσού αναφέρω ότι η αρχική συμφωνία δεν ολοκληρώθηκε ποτέ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσφατα μιλησα με το συγκεκριμενο γραφειο...ρωτησα αν αναλαμβανουν εκτος αττικης μου ειπαν ναι προχωρησα σε ενημερωση του τοπου που βρισκεται το προϊόν προς πωληση καο η απαντηση ηταν στελνουμε με πινεζα μεσω gps την τοποθεσια και παει ο πελατης και το βλεπει μονος του....τη διαδικασια αυτη την εκανα και εγω μονη μου!!!!!!!!!και χωρις να πληρωσω!!!!!!ελεγα στο πελατη εκει ειναι πηγαιντε....οξυμωρο!!!!!!!η συνεργαζομαστε η οχι....αυτα!!!!προσοχη σε αυτα που λεμε....ευχαριστω πολυ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακριά... Τον κυνηγαγα 2 μήνες να δω ένα ακίνητο, κλείναμε ραντεβού κ τελευταία στιγμή μου το ακυρωνε. Μου είχε πει θα με πάρει μετά τις γιορτές να πάω να το δω κ ούτε φωνή ούτε ακρόαση. Τον πήρα εγώ μετά από δέκα μέρες που είχαν περάσει οι γιορτεςκ μου είπε ότι το πούλησε. Εκτός ότι με κοροιδευε,ήταν κ ειρωνικός ο τύπος. Μακριά από τέτοιους ανθρώπους.... Ούτε το ένα αστέρι δεν αξίζει!!!.................... Σε απάντηση του παρακάτω σχολίου, επειδή δεν μου δίνει την δυνατότητα να απαντήσω:Αυτά που λέτε λοιπόν, είναι βλακειες και όλα ψέματα.... Ποτέ δεν μου ήρθε μήνυμα στο κινητό για νέο ραντεβού όπως επίσης δεν με πήρατε ποτέ τηλέφωνο.... Αυτά τα λέτε για να παραπλανησετε τον κόσμο ότι είστε αξιόπιστοι. Απαράδεκτοι και ψεύτες!!!!
