★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ! Μου πούλησαν αμάξι μεταχειρισμένο για ατρακάριστο πριν 3 χρόνια και τελικά ήταν τρακαρισμένο! Υποτίθεται μου έδωσαν 2 χρόνια εγγύηση κι όμως με έβαζαν να πληρώνω για τις ζημιές που έβγαζε συνέχεια το αυτοκίνητο (δήθεν δεν τις κάλυπτε). Πέρυσι άλλαξαν καταλύτη τακάκια, έκαναν σέρβις στο AC... ένα χρόνο μετά σε άλλο συνεργείο ανακάλυψα πως ο καταλύτης ήταν για πέταμα, τα τακάκια λιωμένα, το φρεον ούτε στο 25% , στην ζυγοστάθμιση φάνηκε πρόβλημα από το τρακάρισμα που μου έκρυψαν, τα ρουλεμάν φθαρμένα κλπ κλπ... Λόγω κορονοιου το αμάξι πήγαινε μόνο μέχρι σούπερ μάρκετ! Άρα δεν θα μπορούσε να έχει τέτοιες φθορές από κακή δική μου χρήση! Λυπάμαι για την εμπιστοσύνη που τους έδειξα, ίσως επειδή είμαι γυναίκα νόμισαν πως μπορούν να με κοροϊδέψουν.
FAR AWAY! They sold me a used car for a crash 3 years ago and it was finally crashed! They supposedly gave me a 2-year warranty, but they made me pay for the damage that the car kept getting (supposedly it did not cover them). Last year they changed catalytic converter pads, they serviced the AC ... a year later in another workshop I discovered that the catalytic converter was for throwing, the pads melted, the freon was not even at 25%, the balancing showed a problem from the crash they hid from me, the bearings worn etc etc ... Due to the coronary the car only went to the supermarket! So it could not have such damage from my misuse! I'm sorry for the trust I showed them, maybe because I'm a woman they thought they could make fun of me.

I called them at 8:30pm in order to arrange an appointment for my “sick” car and they answered the phone (unlike other “Toyota’s” representatives) and they were polite and helpful! I went there the next morning and I was impressed by their professionalism and at the same time they were super friendly and understanding. My car was ready after a few hours and it was ready to “fly”! Added to my favs ?
