P	PRIVATE 4X4 GUIDE HELLAS OFF ROAD & CULTURE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 10/11/21 παραλάβατε χειροποίητο vintage τραπέζι με διακοσμητικά στοιχεία από το 1828, διαστάσεων 2,20 x 0,80 από το υποκατάστημα μου στους Πηγαδησανους αξίας 950, 00€+ΦΠΑ το οποίο πουλήθηκε σε επιχείρηση με τιμολόγιο. Ο πελάτης εφόσον είδε το τραπέζι το οποίο ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση στις 9/11/21 αποφάσισε να το αγοράσει κ απευθύνθηκα σε εσάς προκειμένου να το παραλάβετε από το κατάστημα μου. Στις 10/11 στις 15:40 περίπου παραλάβατε συσκευασμένο το τραπέζι, σε άριστη κατάσταση, όπως φαίνεται και στις φωτογραφίες. Μου ζητήσατε το αντίτιμο των 60e και σας το έδωσα χωρίς να μου δώσετε την απόδειξη. Όταν σας την ζήτησα μου είπατε να περάσω να την πάρω από την έδρα σας όπως κ έκανα την επόμενη μέρα. Στις 11/11 που ήρθα να παραλάβω το παραστατικό κ το ζήτησα από μια νεαρή κυρία που ήταν στο χώρο σας, εκείνη απαντώντας αγενέστατα, μου ζήτησε να περιμένω μια ώρα ή να ξαναπεράσω το απόγευμα με αιτιολογία ότι δεν κόβετε αποδείξεις το πρωί, κατι που βέβαια δεν ήταν εφικτό. Ο πελάτης παρέλαβε σήμερα στις 13/11 το τραπέζι, σε άθλια κατάσταση κ αν δεν το είχε δει από κοντά θα είχε εκτεθεί η εταιρία μου ανεπανόρθωτα. Εκτός απ την καταστροφή του τραπεζιού από εσάς τους ίδιους, πλαστογραφησατε την υπογραφή μου σε υπεύθυνη δήλωση και συμπληρώσατε κατόπιν, με σκοπό την αποποίηση των ευθυνών σας, ότι παραλάβατε το τραπέζι με πόδια που "κουνιούνται". Ζητώ την αποζημίωση της αξίας του τραπεζιού, 950,00€+ΦΠΑ διότι ο πελάτης δεν επιθυμεί να το κρατήσει και τα 60,00€ + 30,00 € που είναι τα έξοδα μεταφοράς που με χρεωσατε. Σας επισυνάπτω μερικά απ τα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία. Εάν μέχρι την Τρίτη 16/11/21 δεν έχετε απαντήσει, θα ασκήσω κάθε νόμιμο δικαίωμα μου στην ελληνική δικαιοσύνη και θα κινηθώ άμεσα νομικά εναντίον σας. The customer, after seeing the table which was in excellent condition on 9/11/21, decided to buy it and I addressed you in order to receive it from my store. On 10/11 at approximately 15:40 you received the packed table, in excellent condition, as shown in the photos. You asked me for the price of 60e and I gave it to you without giving me the receipt. When I asked for it you told me to go and get it from your headquarters as I did the next day. On 11/11 when I came to pick up the document and asked for it from a young lady who was at your place, she answered rudely, asked me to wait an hour or to spend the afternoon again on the grounds that you do not cut receipts in the morning, which of course it was not possible. The customer received the table today on 11/13, in a miserable condition and if he had not seen it up close, my company would have been irreparably exposed. In addition to the destruction of the table by yourself, you forged my signature in a responsible statement and then filled in, in order to deny your responsibilities, that you received the table with "rocking" legs. I ask for the compensation of the value of the table, 950.00 € + VAT because the customer does not want to keep it and the 60.00 € + 30.00 € which are the transport costs that you charged me. I enclose some of the evidence. If you have not answered by Tuesday 16/11/21, I will exercise all my legal rights in Greek justice and I will take legal action against you immediately.
