My experience with transportation is as follows. I knew from the beginning that the delivery would take place on the sidewalk, and given the situation this is normal. During the first delivery, the driver arrived in my area, and tried to call me. They had written down the phone with 9 digits and he tried several times to pick me up but he could not find me and in the end he left. No one informed me, and I became aware of the situation after my own communication with their headquarters in Thessaloniki. Eventually we agreed on delivery the next day and another address. On the day of delivery, the driver gave me an invoice with an extra charge of 5 euros which of course I did not pay and after contacting the headquarters, it turned out that the charge was wrong. So we have the following issues: 1. Nobody understood that they had in their hands, for any reason, a phone with 9 numbers, which in fact started with 68 ... and not with 69 ... like all mobile phones. How difficult is it for you to escape such a mistake? 2. The driver, while he had an address, did not even ring the bell and chose to repeatedly pick up the wrong phone and when he did not find me, he left. 3. Nobody informed me. I was informed of the situation after my own communication. 4. An invoice came with an invalid charge that of course I did not pay. The epitome of an unorganized transport company.
