★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαντάτε ποτέ στα τηλέφωνα και στα email σας; Απορώ αν έχετε καν customer support! Σας καλώ συνεχώς εδώ και τουλάχιστον 1 εβδομαδα σχετικά με την παραγγελία μας και ούτε σηκώνετε τηλέφωνα ούτε απαντάτε στα mail!
Δεν υπήρξε καμία τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία απο εσάς στις 26/7. Αφού δεν σηκώνετε τα τηλέφωνα. Ακόμα περιμένουμε.
Do you ever answer your phones and emails? I wonder if you even have customer support! I have been calling you constantly for at least 1 week regarding our order and you do not pick up the phones or answer the emails!
There was no telephone communication from you on 26/7. Since you do not pick up the phones. We are still waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο,τι χειρότερο σε εταιρεία! Απαράδεκτοι! Έχουμε παραγγείλει και εξοφλήσει ξαπλώστρες για το μαγαζί μας κ εδώ και 2 μήνες μας λένε ότι έχουν φορτωθεί και έρχονται από βδομάδα! Υπεύθυνος μονίμως άφαντος, τα τηλεφωνικά κέντρα με μια δικαιολογία στο στόμα! απορώ γιατί ακόμα δεν τους έχουν κλείσει και βρίσκονται στην παραγωγή εργασίας! ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟΙ!!!!!!!!!!
The worst in a company! Unacceptable! We have ordered and paid for sunbeds for our store and for the past 2 months we have been told that they have been loaded and are coming in a week! Responsible permanently silent, the call centers with an excuse in the mouth! I wonder why they have not closed them yet and are in labor production! TRAGIC !!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οταν άρχισε να φτάνει η ώρα παράδοσης φάνηκε ο απίστευτος αντιεπεγγελματισμος τους . Αποφεύγουν την επικοινωνία λέγοντας σου θα σε καλέσουμε εμείς σε δέκα λεπτά αλλά φυσικά δεν σε καλουν ποτε. Ακόμα περιμένουμε τις ξαπλωστρες οι οποίες ήταν να παραδοθούν στις 5 Μαΐου και πλέον σήμερα 12 Μαΐου μου λένε ότι δεν είναι έτοιμες και δεν μπορούν να με ενημερώσουν για τον χρονο παραδοσης.Δεν θα ξανα συνεργαστούμε.
When the delivery time started to arrive, their incredible unprofessionalism became apparent. They avoid communication by telling you we will call you in ten minutes but of course they never call you. We are still waiting for the sunbeds which were to be delivered on May 5 and now today, May 12, they tell me that they are not ready and they can not inform me about the delivery time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We order sunbeds and chairs before three weeks and made the full payment. I tried to contact them many times but they not answer the phone calls and emails. Or sometime if they answer always lies. Don't order nothing from this company. You are just losing time. We never seen incorrect company like this one.
