Κ πάλι όμως υπήρξε πρόβλημα με τα αξεσουάρ πόρτας . Τα έφεραν 20 μέρες μετά την τοποθέτηση της πόρτας, αλλά έλλειπε η ασφάλεια της πόρτας, την οποία περιμένω 1 μήνα επιπλέον κ δεν έχει τοποθετηθεί. Τα χρήματα βέβαια τα πήραν.. Ελλειμμα συνέπειας κ επαγγελματισμου κ Ευτυχώς που δεν κατασκευαζουν οι ίδιοι τις πόρτες..!!!!!! Unjustifiably long delay for the delivery of the order. Instead of two months, the delivery was done in 4 months, with obstacles and again excuses ... But again there was a problem with the door accessories. They brought them 20 days after the installation of the door, but the security of the door was missing, which I have been waiting for an additional 1 month and it has not been installed. Of course they took the money .. Lack of consistency and professionalism Mr. Fortunately, they do not make the doors themselves .. !!!!!!

Από την προσφορά μέχρι την εγκατάσταση, δεν αντιμετώπισα κανένα πρόβλημα και έκανε ότι συμφωνήσαμε. Η προσφορά ήταν ανταγωνιστική και την παρέλαβα μέσω email. Η εγκατάσταση έγινε σε παλιό διαμέρισμα και το συνεργείο ήταν πολύ προσεκτικό. Μικροδιορθώσεις που ζήτησα μετά την εγκατάσταση, έγιναν άμεσα. Η ποιότητα των κουφωμάτων είναι πολύ καλή και πλέον το σπίτι, αν και παλιό, διατηρεί σταθερή θερμοκρασία. Μετά από ένα χρόνο, δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό να πω. Συστήνω τον Χρήστο και την ομάδα του ανεπιφύλακτα. After a year of using Europa windows I can say that it was an excellent choice. From the offer to the installation, I did not face any problems and it did what we agreed. The offer was competitive and I received it via email. The installation took place in an old apartment and the workshop was very attentive. Minor fixes that I requested after installation, were made immediately. The quality of the frames is very good and now the house, although old, maintains a constant temperature. After a year, I have nothing negative to say. I highly recommend Christos and his team.
p	paliorockas mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχοντας την εμπειρία συνεργασίας με την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία έχω να αναφέρω τα εξής. Καταρχήν έγινε αντικατάσταση σε 3 πόρτες ασφάλειας αντικατάσταση σε 12 εσωτερικές πόρτες σε laminate και αλλαγή 6 δίφυλλων κουφωμάτων σε ενεργειακά με σήτα! Εξαιρετική δουλεία τα συνεργεία ήταν όλα άψογα. Υπήρξε κάποιο πρόβλημα σε κακή συνεννόηση της εταιρίας, όσο αναφορά τα κόστη των αλουμίνιων αλλά τελικά παραδεχτήκαν και επωμιστήκαν το κόστος το οποίο δεν ήταν και αμελητέο, αυτό δείχνει ότι μιλάμε για ανθρώπους επαγγελματίες που σέβονται τον πελάτη. Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Having the experience of working with this company I have to mention the following. First, replacement was made in 3 security doors, replacement in 12 internal doors in laminate and change of 6 double-leaf frames in energy with a screen! Excellent work the crews were all impeccable. There was a problem in bad communication of the company, as far as the costs of the aluminum are concerned, but in the end they admitted and shouldered the cost which was not negligible, this shows that we are talking about professional people who respect the customer. Highly recommended!!!
