Wonderful and clean house ... very warm and welcoming atmosphere! Mrs. Dimitra welcomed us with a very beautiful smile and made us feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μείναμε στο shelter ΙΙ.. υπέροχη φιλοξενία, η σπιτονοικοκυρά πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική, μας κέρασε υπέροχα σπιτικά μπισκοτάκια και είχε βάλει ακόμα και φρέσκα τριαντάφυλλα στο μπάνιο.. το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και μοσχοβολούσε…το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!
We stayed in shelter II .. wonderful hospitality, the housewife very friendly and helpful, she treated us to wonderful homemade cookies and had even put fresh roses in the bathroom .. the room was clean and smoky… we highly recommend it !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place, modern, clean, recent air conditioning in each room, great bathroom, a small but beautiful terrace with a view on the mountains… The landlady is also very nice and speaks English. This is the perfect spot for your stay at Kalambaka / the Meteora !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only recommend this place situated at the foot of The Meteora with a imposant yet splendid view on the monasteries perched on top of vertical peaks which can be seen from our windows.
Our apartment, at the foot of a house, is well thought of: disposing of all the necessary comfort (air con. heat/refresh, nice modern bathroom with shower and a washing machine) and more to feel warmly welcomed. There’s everything necessary in the kitchen even if you want to cook a nice dish. The rooms are really spacious, and beds are wide and confortable. We can really feel that the landlady has put herself in our shoes paying attention to every detail, making us feel cosy, not to mention that the decoration is chosen with great taste and inventiveness.
D. has a visiting plan of the Meteora to make the stay worth the trip. Thanks to D.’s advice, straight after our arrival we hurried to avoid missing - from the best viewpoint - the fabulous sunset over the mountains. Indeed the landlady pressed us enjoy the visits knowing that the weather - we are in early winter - would get rainy : On a mild sunny Sunday however, we managed to hike (a mild walk but with good shoes) from "Meteora shelters" roughly 10km, picnic in front of a grandiose scenery and visit four monasteries. I was tired but satisfied !
