Μετόχι Πετριώτικο (Μονής Σιμωνόπετρας Νέα Ποτίδαια) Το 1589-1590, η Μονή Σιμωνόπετρας, αγόρασε από τον Γαζανφέρ αγά μία μεγάλη έκταση στην Κασσάνδρα, νότια της Νέας Ποτίδαιας. Το μετόχι αυτό, γνωστό επίσης ως Πετριώτικο, περιελάμβανε καλλιεργούμενες γαίες και βοσκοτόπους, με έκταση (κατά την απαλλοτρίωση) 10.780 στρέμματα. Από την απαλλοτρίωση εξαιρέθηκαν η εκκλησία του μετοχιού και ο ανεμόμυλος. Στο Πετριώτικο της Κασσάνδρας υπαγόταν και το μετόχι Κελλί (του παπα-Διονυσίου) που βρίσκεται δυτικά της Βάλτας (σήμερα Κασσάνδρεια). Πρώτη αναφορά του κτήματος γίνεται σε τίτλο του 1660-1661 με έκταση «τεσσαράκοντα περίπου στρεμμάτων». Κατά την δεκαετία του 1870 το μετόχι αυξήθηκε με αγορές και προσφορές, ώστε, όταν απαλλοτριώθηκε, έφθανε τα 3.200 στρέμματα περίπου. Η κτηματική περιοχή της Νέας Ποτίδαιας προήλθε από την απαλλοτρίωση των Μετοχίων Σιμωνοπετριώτικο Κασσάνδρας και Καπού της Ι. Μονής Δοχειαρίου. Η απαλλοτρίωση του Μετοχίου Σιμωνοπετριώτικο (Πόρτες Κασσάνδρας) έγινε με την Απόφαση της Επιτροπής Απαλλοτριώσεων Χαλκιδικής (ΕΑΧ) 45/16.9.32 η οποία δημοσιεύτηκε την 15.11.1932. Η Συνεδρία έγινε μετά από δημοσιοποίησή της στο Φύλλο 68 της 28.8.1932 της τοπικής εφημερίδας Παγχαλκιδική. Στη Συνεδρία δεν παρέστησαν εκπρόσωποι της ιδιοκτήτριας Ι. Μονής Σίμωνος Πέτρας και του Ελληνικού Δημοσίου, ενώ παρέστησαν οι πρόσφυγες της Ν. Ποτίδαιας, εκπροσωπούμενοι από τον Πρόεδρο, το Κοινοτικό Συμβούλιο και δικηγόρους. Οι εκτάσεις του Μετοχίου που κατανεμήθηκαν με την προηγούμενη Απόφαση ήταν: Αγροί 5552,168 στρέμματα, Λειβάδι 10,5, Λειβάδι καλλιεργήσιμο 1299,747, Αλμυρά έκταση 503,457, Ελος 6,188, Δάσος 3379,107, Αμπελος 16,648, Κτίρια Μετοχίου 4,124, Ρέμα και τάφρος 8,312 με 50 ελιές και 15 μουριές, Συνολική έκταση 10.780,251 στρέμματα.

Metochi Petriotiko (Simonopetra Monastery Nea Potidea) In 1589-1590, the Monastery of Simonopetra, bought from Gazanfer aga a large area in Kassandra, south of Nea Potidea. This metochi, also known as Petriotiko, included cultivated lands and pastures, with an area (during the expropriation) of 10,780 acres. The church of the share and the windmill were excluded from the expropriation. The Petriotiko of Kassandra also included the metochi Kelli (of Papa-Dionysios) which is located west of Valta (today Kassandria). The first reference of the estate is made in a title of 1660-1661 with an area of "about forty acres". During the 1870s the metochi increased with purchases and offers, so that, when it was expropriated, it reached approximately 3,200 acres. The real estate area of Nea Potidea came from the expropriation of the shares of Simonopetriotiko Kassandra and Kapou of the I. Monastery of Docheiariou. The expropriation of the Simonopetriotiko Share (Portes of Kassandra) was done with the Decision of the Expropriation Committee of Halkidiki (EAX) 45 / 16.9.32 which was published on 15.11.1932. The meeting took place after its publication in Sheet 68 of 28.8.1932 of the local newspaper Pangalkidiki. The Session was not attended by representatives of the owner of the I. Simonos Petras Monastery and the Greek State, while the refugees of N. Potidea were present, represented by the President, the Community Council and lawyers. The areas of Metochi that were distributed with the previous Decision were: Fields 5552,168 acres, Meadow 10.5, Meadow arable 1299,747, Saline area 503,457, Swamp 6,188, Forest 3379,107, Ampelos 16,648, Buildings 4,4 moat 8,312 with 50 olives and 15 mulberries, Total area 10,780,251 acres.
