Der Blick ins Tal, die Straßenwindungen und die Bergwelt ist einfach überwältigend. Die Kirche wurde im Jahr 1809 auf den Fundamenten der von Türken zerstörten Vorgängerkirche errichtet. Das Männerkloster wurde 1971 aufgelöst und 1972 in ein Frauenkloster umgewandelt. 2006 wurde die historische Ikone der hl. Panagia und weitere Opfergaben gestohlen, nach einem Monat wiedergefunden und ein Jahr später eine Kopie aufgestellt. Kleiner Touristenladen für Mitbringsel, vor dem Klosterbereich gibt es auch Stände mit getrockneten Kräutern für den Hausgebrauch. V	Vasiliki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόνη ανάμεσα στα βράχια.. "Κρεμασμένη" ανάμεσα σε ουρανό και θάλασσα - μεταξύ Θεού και γης.. Την έχω επισκεφθεί δύο φορές την μια ήταν με τις καλόγριες.. Ένα αστέρι όχι για τον μοναδικό χώρο κ αυτά που αντικρίζεις αλλά για τον τρόπο που εκμεταλλευονται τον 'πονο' του κάθε πιστου με τον χώρο έκθεσης.. Αποφασίσαμε ν αγοράσουμε τάμα να το τοποθετήσουμε στην εικόνα εκτός λοιπόν ότι μας είπε ένας κος ότι δεν τ αφήνουν εκεί το τάμα ήταν από προηγούμενη πίστη το οποίο τάμα ήταν χιλιοφιλημενο κ γεμάτο κραγιον.. Όταν το ανέφερα κ ζήτησα άλλο το παιδί του πάτερ που (πάτερ ο υπεύθυνος της μονής) μ είπε δν υπάρχουν καινούργια τα μαζεύουν απτην εικόνα κ τα ξαναπουλανε Alone between the rocks .. Конечно же дивной красоты виды от монастыря и самой обители очень ладный и уютный вид. Чудотворная икона Божией Матери Элонас - по иконографии - Иверская. Святой источник. В монастыре сейчас только один иеромонах, многочисленные братские кельи стоят невостребованные. Монах немного говорит по русски, очень приветливый. В монастырской лавке кроме списков чтимой иконы - мед, местное вино, и даже коробочки для лекарств с иконой нашего Крымского святого Луки. It is a rather small place, with not much to see at the place itself. The only thing extraordinary is the view from the place and in the car ride up to the place. But you could equally well visit a restaurant up in the mountains and enjoy the same view. And they don’t seem to appreciate visitors at the monastery.
