★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς αναγκάζομαι να γράψω αρνητικότατη κριτική για να προστατευτούν πιθανοί μελλοντικοί συνεργάτες.
Ονόματα και διευθύνσεις παρακάτω:
15/5 ξενοικιάζεται ένα διαμέρισμα στον 3ο όροφο πολυκατοικίας κοντά στον Πύργο Αθηνών. Έχει προηγηθεί επικοινωνία με το μεσιτικό γραφείο που διαχειρίζεται το ακίνητο και συγκεκριμένα με τον Βασίλη και τον Νίκο (διαθέσιμα τα επίθετα). Κανονίζεται viewing του σπιτιού, αφού έχουν πει:
-500 ευρώ ενοίκιο
-Αποκατάσταση των ζημιών (βάψιμο σπιτιού, αποκατάσταση υγρασίας κλπ)
-Έναρξη ενοικίου από 1/7
Δίνουμε τα χέρια, λέμε προφορικά ΟΚ, δίνεται το ΑΦΜ και λοιπά στοιχεία για να ετοιμαστούν συμβόλαια και αναμένουμε ενημέρωση για να υπογράψουμε.
Δύο ημέρες μετά επανέρχονται με:
-Αύξηση ενοικίου κατά 20% (στα 600 ευρώ)
-Ενημέρωση ότι δεν θα γίνουν όλες οι επισκευές (δεν θα βαφτεί το σπίτι)
-Έναρξη ενοικίου 15 ημέρες νωρίτερα
Οι άνθρωποι εκπροσωπούν Λιβανέζους επιχειρηματίες και εκμεταλλεύονται Έλληνες που θέλουν να μείνουν στα σπίτια, προσπαθώντας να κερδοσκοπήσουν αθετώντας συμφωνίες.

Names and addresses below:
15/5 an apartment for rent on the 3rd floor of an apartment building near the Athens Tower. It has been preceded by communication with the real estate office that manages the property and specifically with Vassilis and Nikos (adjectives available). Viewing of the house is arranged, after they have said:
- 500 euros rent
- Damage restoration (house painting, moisture restoration etc)
- Rent starts from 1/7
We shake hands, say OK orally, the VAT number and other details are given to prepare contracts and we expect an update to sign.
Two days later they return with:
- Rental increase by 20% (to 600 euros)
- Information that not all repairs will be made (the house will not be painted)
- Rent start 15 days earlier
People represent Lebanese businessmen and exploit Greeks who want to stay at home, trying to speculate by breaking deals.
