Ιδική παρουσίαση και εκπαίδευση για τεχνικές πρώτων βοηθειών και αναζωογόνησης, καθώς και για την προστασία από τον ήλιο και την αντιμετώπιση τσιμπημάτων από μέδουσα έλαβε μέρος την Τρίτη 21 Ιουνίου στην Ακτή του Ήλιου στον Άλιμο.
Η εκπαίδευση πραγματοποιήθηκε από τους κορυφαίους ιατρούς του Metropolitan Hospital και της Heal Academy, τη Θεανώ Δεμέστιχα, Αναισθησιολόγο, Metropolitan Hospital, τον ιατρό Καθηγητή Τάκη Σκανδαλάκη, Πρόεδρο της Heal Academy και τον Πάρη Μπουλέ, Δ/ντή Μονάδας Επειγόντων Περιστατικών, Metropolitan Hospital. Μαζί τους και η Δερματολόγος, κυρία Αικατερίνη Λιάκου.
Επισημαίνεται ότι κάθε καλοκαίρι, πολλά καλοκαίρια τώρα, το Metropolitan Hospital βρίσκεται στην Ακτή του Ήλιου, πιστό στο «ραντεβού» του με τους λουόμενους. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ia hd to go for a rapid test there to visit my father who was in the hospital. I waited for about an hour just to pay. Unacceptable for a private clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked for a regular check-up. I was informed that I had to do a rapid test with a cost of 20 euros. Fair enough. This is desirable and it is a hospital after all. The problem was that I haven't seen such an unorganised place to do covid tests. The queue was big with nobody there providing guidelines where exactly we had to stand. At a certain point, a woman started shouting that she was asymptomatic. Total chaos. Needless to say that I left straight away. AVOID IF YOU CAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be ready to give fakelaki/ black money. Stay far from that place. Receipts of the hospital include only sums, no explanation for what is the cost. No pricelist on the hospitals website. If you decide going there, you are just a moving wallet for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted customer service to get directions for booking a rapid test for my trip to the UK - they told me the process would be seamless if I registered online and booked and prepaid my test online which I did. I then showed up on the date and time of my test, their system wasn't working and they couldn't scan the barcode. Then they input my information manually and I repeatedly mentioned I need specific information (my passport no. etc) and everything to be in English as I was travelling to the UK. Test was done in less than a minute and I did get the result very quickly, however the information was incorrect. had to go back and forth many times so that it can be fixed and the only thing they could do was to just put my passport number next to my AMKA number which isn't event in use anymore (and it's not needed for flights abroad) since I'm registered as a foreign citizen in greek authorities which I did mention to them. Overall, a terrible service if you want the test for travelling abroad - the customer service on their app though did their absolute best to assist me quickly but it wasn't their fault.
