MG Villas &Suites - Μανού Κατράκη

Un loc minunat care ne-a făcut vacanța frumoasă. Apartamentul cu vedere la mare ne-a oferit frumoase răsărituri de soare, o vedere splendidă către Thasos și Insula Șerpilor. Plaja la un minut, micul golf cu ape care merită explorate de către amatorii de snorkeling. Apartamentul foarte curat, cu bucătărie utilată, două băi și două dormitoare, ideal pentru familii cu copii. Am remarcat arhitectura contemporană și a clădirii dar și designul și decorul apartamentelor, mult bun gust, rafinament în aspect. În apropiere sunt supermarketuri și taverne, noi preferând să mergem la cină în Iraklitsa sau Kavala, care sunt deasemenea aproape. Dincolo de toate acestea, gazdele sunt foarte prietenoase și atente în legătură cu orice nevoie ar putea să apară. Vom reveni oricând cu plăcere!

Wir waren zwei Wochen da und haben unseren Urlaub in traumhafter Lage verbracht. Direkt am Meer in absolut ruhiger Lage. Das Appartment ist ganz neu und absolut schön eingerichtet.Es gibt alles was man braucht von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Toaster. So macht Urlaub Spaß wir werden sicher wieder vorbei kommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dankl für den tollen Urlaub.

Відпочивали з двома дітками у MG Villa у червні .Дуже вдячні господарям цього шикарного та затишного місця для відпочинку. Тиша та спокій. все облаштовано з думкою про відпочиваючих. Море у 100 метрах від Вілли . Пляж и захід в море дуже зручний . Пташки зранку співають .Апартаменти облаштовані всім необхідним для комфортного відпочинку. Як будемо мати можливість обов'язково повернемося ще , ОБОВ'яЗКОВО !!!! Дякуємо за відпочинок!!!

Best place for summer holiday

That place look more like apartments, not villas. Weak cleaning, superb location.

A big thank you to Makis, and his father, Illas for such a warm and friendly welcome. We really enjoyed our 11 days in this wonderful location. Beautiful views from this excellent, modern and spotlessly cleaned accommodation. We'll miss you all and can highly recommend MG Villas We'll be back! The apartments are all brand new, equipped with vitroceramic stoves, a large refrigerator with a large freezer, 4 beds (1 queen size for 2) to which a 5th bed can be added (speak to Giorgos or Makis), 2 bathrooms including walk-in showers and 2 terraces, one on the ground floor and the second on the first floor, although you need to step through a window to reach the latter. In case of small accidents, the owners have installed inside every apartment a first aid kit on the wall. A TV attached to the wall allows you to watch local TV, Netflix or any other pay per view channels (obviously you'll need an account). The apartments are very clean and although small, you feel comfortable. Every 3 days a cleaning lady comes by to clean and change the sheets as well as towels (incl. in the price), a service you will appreciate when you are on vacation. Two air conditioning systems ensure you won't fry if the mercury ever rises above 30 degrees inside the apartment. We stayed the first week at an apartment with a sea view, the second at an apartment with garden view. The panorama from the sea view apartment is fantastic especially because you see the small bay in front of you and can look out until the island of Thassos, as well as Snake Island. In the mornings the sun will shine into the living room/kitchen. It can get hot during the day so the garden view apartment also has its advantage. The small bay can be reached by walking down (1 minute from the apartments) the cement stairs. The water tends to be clean - living proof of this are some sea urchins that you will find nested in some of the rocks, but no need to worry. Kids can play on the beach as well as in the sandy area of the water. If you prefer visiting larger sandy beaches you can find some about 6 minutes by car in Palio or alternatively you drive to Nea Iraklitsa, Nea Peramos or better yet, our favorite, Amalofi, an area that is dotted with really neat beach clubs (Blue, Riva Beach Project, Peponi, Liquid...) at very accessible prices. Given that the apartments are located in an area only reachable by a 100m dirt road, kids can safely play outside all day (parking is not an issue). If you want you can even eat on the cliff overlooking the small bay if you feel like carrying your terrace table down the stairs. We did and enjoyed the dinner with a view, something definitely worthwhile, also if you want to enjoy a romantic evening. Supermarkets can be found 5 to 10 minutes from the location, eg. the small family-run Milton's market in Palio or Lidl and Masoutis, both in Nea Iraklitsa. Giorgos, Makis and their parents really try their best to make your stay unforgettable and hassle free. You will really enjoy their welcoming,helpful and friendly attitude. If it's cucumber harvesting season, their father may drop by each morning with a handful of own-grown cucumbers, sufficient to prepare various Greek salads ? See you next year!

We loved everything about this place! Fantastic location with a breathtaking sea view! We stayed in a brand new high quality villa, very clean, fully equipped, with confortable furniture and super beds! The location is extremely convenient to explore the region, which has many sightseeings to visit and outdoor activities to do. Ideal for families! The owners were very nice, friendly and helpful! We ‘ll visit again!!
