★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προμηθεύτηκα κλιματιστικά και ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνο στα πλαίσια του προγράμματος "εξοικονόμηση κατ' οίκον". Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, πάντοτε με καλή διάθεση και ευγένεια, παρά την καθυστέρηση και γραφειοκρατία στην αποπληρωμή από το πρόγραμμα.
 I was supplied air conditioners and solar water heater as part of the "home saving" program. Very good service, always in good spirits and courtesy, despite the delay and bureaucracy in paying off the program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εταιρεία στο θέμα της εγγύησης ελαττωματικού κλιματιστικού, το οποίο αγοράστηκε από άλλο κατάστημα. Προσπαθούσαν να ρίξουν την αιτία της βλάβης σε οτιδήποτε άλλο εκτός από το μηχάνημα με συνεχόμενες επισκέψεις "έμπειρων" μηχανικών. Αν δεν ήταν η συγνώμη του κεντρικού των Αθηνών θα τους ανέφερα στον Συνήγορο Καταναλωτή. Μακριά!
Unacceptable company in the matter of warranty defective air conditioner, which was purchased from another store. They tried to put the cause of the damage on anything other than the machine with constant visits from "experienced" engineers. If it were not for the apology of the central government of Athens, I would have mentioned them to the Consumer Ombudsman. Away!
