★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλυτερο γυμναστηριο, με εξαιρετικα ψαγμενους ,φιλικους γυμναστες που ταυτοχρονα ειναι και πολυ καλα παιδια. Απο την αρχη η διαφορα σε δυναμη και αντοχη ηταν τεραστια. Αυτο που δεν περιγραφεται, ειναι η απιστευτα καλη διαθεση μετα τις προπονησεις, που σε κανει , ακομα και 3 χρονια μετα ,να μην θες να χασεις προπονηση με τιποτα!
The best gym, with extremely sought after, friendly trainers who are also very good kids. From the beginning the difference in strength and endurance was huge. What is not described, is the incredibly good mood after training, which makes you, even 3 years later, not want to miss training with anything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic kit. Staff are extremely helpful and accomodating. Definitely some of the best coaching I've come across. I've edited this review as my intitial one was based on one visit. Since then I've been a number of times and have not been proven wrong. The level of coaching is above and beyond most of the gyms I've visited around the world.
