Τετάρτη το πρωί δεν σήκωνε κανένας το τηλέφωνο για πάνω απο 1 ώρα, και αφού εν τέλει βρήκα μία κυρία, με ενημέρωσε για τις ώρες λειτουργίας του καταστήματος.
Την επόμενη ημέρα φορτώνω τη συσκευή μου στο αυτοκίνητο και πάω στο μαγαζί, μόνο για να το βρώ κλειστό (στις 11.30!)
Περίμενα 15 λεπτά και τελικά έφυγα χωρίς να βρώ κάποιον (εν τω μεταξύ πέρασε και άλλος κόσμος, που έφυγε), και μέχρι τις 13.30 κανένας δεν σήκωνε το τηλέφωνο.
Απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση, ειδικά για εξουσιοδοτημένο κατάστημα μίας τέτοιας εταιρίας.
They probably open the shop and close it whenever they want!
On Wednesday morning no one rang the phone for more than 1 hour, and after I finally found a lady, she informed me of the store's opening hours.
The next day I load my device in the car and go to the store, only to find it closed (at 11.30!)
I waited 15 minutes and finally left without finding anyone (in the meantime another world went by), and by 13.30 no one was picking up the phone.
Unacceptable and unprofessional treatment, especially for an authorized shop of such a company.
