Despina Miha's gyms are amazing in their work, friendly and professional, they focus on what I need and they direct my gym accordingly, observing all the hygiene protocols. The best fitness studio in town! It is worth trying the gym with EMS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα αποτελέσματα εμφανή σε λίγες μόλις συνεδρίες,το περιβάλλον πεντακάθαρο,η γυμνάστρια με σωστές γνώσεις του αντικειμένου της..Τι αλλο να ζητήσει κανείς;;!!!
The results are evident in just a few sessions, the environment is crystal clear, the gymnast with correct knowledge of her subject..What else can one ask for ?? !!!

Αγαπώ ems training, γιατί όπως είναι η καθημερινότητα μας, με την έλλειψη ελεύθερου χρόνου, σε μόλις 20 λεπτά έχεις γυμνάσει όλες τις μυϊκές σου ομάδες, σ ευχαριστούμε που το έφερες στην πόλη μας.
Friendly environment, excellent coach, with a lot of love for her work, immediate results! I love ems training, because as is our daily life, with the lack of free time, in just 20 minutes you have trained all your muscle groups, thank you for bringing it to our city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όμορφος χώρος και κλίμα γεμάτο ενέργεια. Οι προπονήσεις πολύ δυνατές όπως και η προπονήτρια. Μόλις λίγα λεπτά την εβδομάδα αρκούν για να αλλάξεις το σώμα σου. Απλά τα καλύτερα!!!
Beautiful space and climate full of energy. The trainings are very strong, just like the coach. Just a few minutes a week is enough to change your body. Just the best !!!
