★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An oasis of the Greek authenticity in amongst the Greek cliche restaurants…. Do yourself a favour and come here, its’s off the beaten track though so look out for it! Simple choices with rich flavours. The host is a great guy that will make your dining experience even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The star rating on this restaurant is just not correct. It was fantastic. From our host taking us into the kitchen to show us the specials (which were delicious) to the home made wine. The food is great. Don’t expect to rush. Take your time you won’t regret a meal there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While being already for a week in Sissi had we seen a few times the advertisement signs for Mike's Place, and on our last night we dicided to give it a go. We were a bit early for Greek standards and were the first people, but welcomed directly by the lovely staff with an smile. The service is great, 'the hidden' location is nice and quiet with an authentic feel. But then the food, that was absolutely amazing. Everything is homemade, even the wine, but that makes it all so much better in taste. I can only recommend this place, especially if you are look for an place with a nice atmosphere and authentic food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest the 3 stars isnt for the food as that was delicious, the 3 stars is for something that me and my wife found really cheeky.
They gave us a free meze of bread and sauces then charged us for it at the end....we never asked for it and presumed it was complementary, turns out it wasnt.
Food was good, staff was friendly enough just that whole charging us for something we thought was free marred the whole visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to go out for dinner in Sissi! This place has it all! Amazing Hospitality in a family owned place. Seafood is really great. The chef - Frida, she’s just lovely! Mikes son, is a wonderful host. A great evening at a reasonable price in a small sideway with port view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike's place is a must to visit the food hear is amazing, they have different specials every day and the fresh fish is delicious, not to mention the family wine yums.
We visited hear several times over our 2 weeks on the island, George and Frida was amazing hosts this is a typical Greek taverna spotlessly clean. For our last night we asked George if he could get us a big fish to share for the table and Frida wend above and beyond a big thank you we all look forward to coming back next year.
