★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since you replied the way you did, I have to now explain in full length what really happened exactly because I'm only writing this to help others, and not in a malicious way as you suggested. Bullying does not win you customers.
The waiter informed us while giving our first order that the sandwiches are not available after 11:00 (menu doesn't say so), unless you wait for the bread to be baked. I actually picked 3 or 4 different sandwiches before we were told that none of them is immediately available. The salad we wanted was also not available.
We ordered a beer and a soda and decided to take toasts instead of waiting. Drinks came 5' later and the toasts came at least 20' after that. In total we waited for half an hour for our "quick snack" to get to our table.?
