★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να πω, είναι ήρεμο, ευγενικό προσωπικό, τέλειοι καφέδες,! Με θέα την πανέμορφη πλατεία νέας Σμύρνης και ότι και να πω γενικα για την αλυσίδα μικελ είναι λίγο, η λέξη εθισμός τα λέει όλα!! Συγχαρητηρια σε όλους
 What can I say, it is calm, polite staff, perfect coffees ,! Overlooking the beautiful square of New Smyrna and whatever I have to say in general about the micelle chain is a little, the word addiction says it all !! Congratulations to everybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφού έφεραν λάθος καφέ,αφού προσπάθησαν να με βγάλουν τρελή ότι δεν ξέρω τι καφέ πίνω (μιλούσαν 3 άτομα πίσω απ' το τηλέφωνο νομίζοντας ότι δεν ακούω), αφού ζήτησα να μου φέρουν τον σωστό καφέ η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο θεώρησε σωστό να μου το κλείσει στη μούρη!!! Εννοείται πως όταν πήρα τηλέφωνο πίσω μου πούλαγε τρελίτσα. Μόλις μου έφεραν τον σωστό καφέ, ζήτησαν πίσω τον λάθος (ότι ο καημός μου ήταν να πάρω τζάμπα καφέ ενώ τις προηγούμενες τρεις ημέρες έκανα παραγγελία σε αυτούς!!). Προφανώς και δεν με κάλεσε κανένας να ζητήσει συγνώμη για το πόσο αστείοι είναι.Ποτέ ξανά λοιπόν από εκεί, υπάρχουν ένα σωρό επιχειρήσεις που σέβονται τον πελάτη τους!!

After they brought the wrong coffee, after they tried to drive me crazy that I do not know what coffee I drink (3 people were talking behind the phone thinking that I do not hear), after I asked them to bring me the right coffee the girl on the phone thought it was right to turn it off in the berry !!! Of course, when I got a phone call behind me, he was selling crazy. As soon as they brought me the right coffee, they asked for the mistake back (that my misfortune was to get a cup of coffee while the previous three days I ordered from them !!). Obviously no one called me to apologize for how funny they are. So never again from there, there are a lot of companies that respect their customer !!
PS IT WOULD BE GOOD NOT TO DELETE THE COMMENTS THAT SHOW HOW GOOD PROFESSIONALS YOU ARE NOT

I was desperate for the coffee and said i will get just that and keep the money. They showed up at the door with the coffee and a huge sandwich saying thank you. They are the best

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee used to be very good, but is extremely sweet now. Employees seem to be bored of their lives. Pricy. A very good decoration though. Cozy. Better for a tourist attraction rather than a coffee shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. Strongly recommend that place since the coffee is amazing. Especially, I am in love with freddo cappuccino and the milk there. Good. And also I love the design of the place. Of.coirse, staff is brilliant and.always willing to help. Also, good job with ecological straw that are not.plastic anymore since European law requires it. Really good job and keep it up
