★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγε ο πατέρας μου να πάρει τα δύο self-test που δικαιούται το κάθε ΑΜΚΑ. Η απάντησή τους ήταν ότι δεν έχουν απο τα δωρεάν self-test, μόνο επί πληρωμή. Αγόρασε δύο και ήταν χύμα σε μία σακουλίτσα. Ρώτησε σε άλλο φαρμακείο και του είπαν ότι αυτά που του πούλησε είναι κανονικά τα δωρεάν self-tests. Ουσιαστικά του πούλησαν αυτά που δικαιούμαστε! Ντροπή και ξεφτίλα για λίγα χρήματα να κοροϊδέψουν τον άνθρωπο. Σίγουρα δεν θα ξαναπροτιμήσουμε το συγκεκριμένο φαρμακείο!
My father went to get the two self-tests that each AMKA is entitled to. Their answer was that they do not have the free self-tests, only for a fee. He bought two and it was in bulk in a bag. He asked at another pharmacy and was told that what he sold was normally free self-tests. In fact, they sold him what we are entitled to! Shame and disgrace for a little money to fool the man. We will definitely not prefer this particular pharmacy again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα.....Στις 24/12 είχα πάει στο φαρμακείο να πάρω και εγώ τ self test και γινόταν χαμός στο φαρμακείο λόγο ημέρας και ναι μου είπαν τα κορίτσια που δούλευαν εκεί ότι είχαν τελειώσει και ότι θα είχαν ξανά κατά τις 7που θα τους έστελναν από την αποθήκη,, και μου είπε η κοπέλα εάν επειγει μπορώ να αγοράσω που είναι το ίδιο ακριβώς....και είπα θα έρθω στις 7και κάτι να το πάρω απλά......είμαι 13 χρόνια στην Αλεξανδρούπολη και είναι το πρώτο φαρμακείο που πήγα όταν χρειάστηκα κάτι (ναι γτ ήταν στο κέντρο μέχρι να μάθω την πόλη σας) ΚΑΙ δεν άλλαξα φαρμακείο γτ το πρόσωπο εκεί είναι άψογο ,όσο κόσμο κι να έχει έχουν τον τρόπο τους να εξυπηρετούν όλους... εννοώ αντίθετα με άλλα φραμακεια που θα τύχη να πας που θ εφημερεύει δεν μου αρέσε ούτε η συμπεριφορά ούτε η εξυπηρέτηση τους....?
Good evening ..... On 24/12 I had gone to the pharmacy to take the self test and it was a disaster in the pharmacy because of the day and yes the girls who worked there told me that they were finished and that they would have them again at 7 where they were sending from the warehouse ,, and the girl told me if it is urgent I can buy it which is exactly the same .... and I said I will come at 7 and get something just ...... I have been in Alexandroupolis for 13 years and it is the first pharmacy I went to when I needed something (yes it was in the center until I found out about your city) AND I did not change pharmacy because the person there is perfect, no matter how many people have their way of serving everyone ... I mean unlike others I did not like either their behavior or their service .... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν είναι δυνατόν!! έχουμε φτάσει σε σημείο να πουλάνε τα δωρεάν self test..Είναι ντροπή...στην εποχή που ζούμε να πουλάνε αυτά που δικαιούται ο κόσμος...ξεφτίλα πια..εντάξει;γίνατε πιο πλούσιοι τώρα;
If possible!! we have reached the point of selling the free self tests..It is a shame ... in the age we live in to sell what people are entitled to ... I'm disgusted now.. okay? Have you become richer now?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση σε φαρμακείο της πόλης εκτός από τη Στέλλα. Οι συνάδελφοι της, της έλεγαν να μη δίνει δωρεάν self test γιατί έχει πολύ κόσμο αλλά εκείνη προσπάθησε να μας εξυπηρετήσει παρόλα αυτά. Και όταν λέμε «πολύ κόσμο» εννοούμε προφανώς περισσότερο από τα επιτρεπόμενα όρια που προβλέπουν οι κανονισμοί για τον Covid.
The worst service in a city pharmacy except Stella. Her colleagues told her not to give a free self test because it is very crowded but she tried to serve us nonetheless. And when we say "crowded" we obviously mean more than the permissible limits set by the Covid regulations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το ευχαριστώ είναι λίγο μπροστά στην εξυπηρέτηση που υπάρχει σε αυτό το φαρμακείο ακομη και τώρα των τελευταίων ημερών που έχουν μεγάλο φόρτο λόγω των ράπιτ τεστ. Σε κάθε επίσκεψη μου η εξυπηρέτηση είναι γρήγορη με ευγένεια και χαμόγελο. Επιλέγω πάντα αυτό το φαρμακείο γι αυτό το λόγο διότι παρ όλο το μεγάλο φόρτο που έχουν τελευταία η ευγένεια και διάθεση είναι η ίδια. Μπράβο σας.
Thank you is a little ahead of the service that exists in this pharmacy even now of the last days that have a large load due to rapit tests. At each of my visits the service is fast with courtesy and a smile. I always choose this pharmacy for this reason because despite the great burden they have lately, the courtesy and mood is the same. Well done.
