J'imagine qu'en basse saison l'usine tourne moins vite et qu'on laisse le temps aux gens de dormir. We had booked two nights but the morning of the first night we were woken up at 7.45am by the manager as we had to leave the room and leave. I imagine that in the low season the factory runs slower and that we give people time to sleep.

Bathroom without ventilation. Poor sound insulation as the walls must all be made of plasterboard. It looks impressive on the outside, but on the inside it is old and abandoned.
z	zoekavala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η καθαριοτητα στο δωμάτιο ηταν πολυ περιορισμένη. Τα τζάμια κ οι σιτες πολυ βρώμικα με αράχνες. Η τηλεόραση έπιανε πολυ λιγα καναλια. Τα έπιπλα πολυ παλιά. Στο ίντερνετ εδειχναν αλλο δωματιο απο αυτό που πήγαμε. Ωστόσο το θετικό ηταν οτι οι ιδιοκτήτες ηταν ευγενικοί ανθρωποι. Τους τονισα καποια ζητήματα που αφορούν το δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν. Το αν θα αλλάξει κάτι δεν το γνωρίζω. Για τα χρήματα που εδωσα για ενα βράδυ κ δεδομενων των συνθηκων που ειδα, θεωρώ οτι ειναι πολλα. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα αν δεν κανουν ανακαίνιση στο χώρο τους. The cleanliness in the room was very limited. The windows and screens are very dirty with spiders. The TV caught very few channels. The furniture is very old. On the internet they showed another room than the one we went to. However, the good thing was that the owners were kind people. I pointed out to them some issues regarding the room they gave us. I do not know if something will change. For the money I gave for one night and given the conditions I saw, I think it is a lot. I would not recommend it if they do not renovate their space.

T	Tas Dionisakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Furniture is around 20 years old, ripped couches etc. Plumbing needs urgent attention. Wifi worked intermittently. Very unfriendly staff. Undersuplied kitchen. Great location but that's about it.
Á	Álvaro F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice place to stay. The building is just in front the sea, apts are quite big and extremely clean. It is well equipped and has all the items we could expect. Also the beds are comfortable. The woman who runs the place is very very friendly and she would help you with any doubt or thing she can help. She also speak fluent english, so the communication is very easy. If you go by car, they have space to leave the car, just in front of the apts.

Such as very CLEAN facilities, new furniture and no damaged. Also you need to promote that the sea in front of the rooms is not for swimming! And it's necessary nowadays to have at least some breakfast! You have invested enough in the outside design and not the inside
