β β β β β Fantastic place. We have only just arrived and already love it. If you live Greece this is a great place to visit. Plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy your time and people very polite and friendly. I will certainly be coming back. The hotel is perfect. Has everything you need. Great view from our room.

We are really sorry that you got this impression at your stay here.
The room types are engaged to different contracts, travel agencies as you are well aware of. You chose to move to another room type and upgraded your reservation, sure with a surplus.
Cleaning of rooms is thorough and well managed based on new Covid restrictions and as rooms are cleaned while guests are out of the rooms you could not possibly know the process.
Our long list of repeaters can verify this and give us strength to get better,
MY ANSWER:
How do u mean βyou could not possibly know the processβ of the cleaning? I can see when the room it not cleaned well. And based on the corona rules u should even clean better then before. The whole week they didnβt clean our faucet and sink. And cleaning is not only clean the floor with a broom and never use a vacuum cleaner or mop, I have seen the cleaners outside with just the broom.

β β β β β Not very good. The breakfast is poor not worth getting up for. Pool area is nice but could do with a lot of maintenance around garden areas. Paths are quite uneven / unsafe just waiting for an accident to happen. The rooms are clean but tired. beds are uncomfortable.

β β β β β Newly renovated bungalows with modern style, comfortable beds and very spacious, placed right on the beach. We especially enjoyed that our room had everyting needed, it was cleaned every day and the towels were individually packed in fresh bags and smell very nice.
Also you will find here a very quiet place, with fresh cut grass and lots of vegetation, hamcocks, sun-beds and a cristal-clear pool, right by the sea.
What's also great and relaxing is that you can enjoy the breeze and the sea waves sounds every night right from the room or from the porch.
Also we found here a very friendly and dedicated staff, especially the lady from the reception who was very kind and welcomed our little dog with so much joy.
The food selection was really tasty with enough diveristy and also the buffet was very covid-safe.

β β β β β I loved the stay there and would definitely return. Let's start with the amazing,very welcoming staff coming next to the location. Alrough the hotel is located by the main street,the noises were not disturbing us at all. Hotel area is pretty big and very green,I really liked different varieties of plants and flowers. Clean swimming pool,beautiful view by the sea. We made friends with their kitties,they ran freely and they sometimes stopped by in our bungalow,we miss them. Bungalows are new,clean,they have everything they need and are cleaned everyday which is amazing. Big thank you to the lady who took care of bungalows. Meals were kinda repetitive but I always found something that satisfied me. Overall great stay I loved it!
