★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο έχει υπάρξει σε εξυπηρετήσει και επικοινωνία. Η γυναίκα μου κέρδισε ένα ταξίδι αξίας 550 ευρώ και έπρεπε αυτή η εταιρεία να το διαχειριστεί. Έχει πάνω από δύο μήνες που προσπαθούμε να συνεννοηθούμε για το ταξίδι, ενώ εμείς πήραμε τηλέφωνο στο ξενοδοχείο και ο υπεύθυνος μας είπε 6 βραδιές 550 ευρώ η εταιρεία μας λέει ότι μπορεί να μας κλείσει πέντε βραδιές με τα ίδια λεφτά. Ούτε τη δουλειά μας θα κάνουμε και μας έχουν κλέψει 90 ευρώ.
The worst has been in serving and communication. My wife won a trip worth 550 euros and this company had to manage it. It has been more than two months since we tried to arrange the trip, while we got on the phone at the hotel and the manager told us 6 nights 550 euros our company says it can book us five nights with the same money. We will not do our job either and we have been robbed of 90 euros.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να μην βάλω και κανένα αστέρι, θα το έκανα ευχαρίστως. Για να γίνει η κράτηση στο ξενοδοχείο που θέλαμε, περάσαμε μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία, ασυνεννοησία μεγάλη μεταξύ των εμπλεκομένων, δηλαδή της διαφημιστικής εταιρίας και του ταξιδιωτικού γραφείου. Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει μεγαλύτερη υπευθυνότητα, αν μιλάμε για επαγγελματισμό.
If I could not put a star, I would gladly do it. To make the reservation at the hotel we wanted, we went through a lot of hassle, a lot of misunderstanding between those involved, namely the advertising company and the travel agency. There should be more responsibility if we are talking about professionalism.
