Επομένως για τιμές δεν ξέρω, από εξυπηρέτηση κανονικά έπρεπε να βάλω μείον 5 αστέρια. Να τα κρατήσουν τα προϊόντα τους για του χρόνου που θα έχουν χαλάσει τα λάστιχα από τα μαγιω και τα εσώρουχα. Μετά τη παραγγελία έχεις συνεχή ενημέρωση και εκτίμηση παράδοσης. Τα προϊόντα μάλιστα απεστάλησαν πιο γρήγορα από την εκτιμώμενη. Ηρθαν γρήγορα και έχουν πολύ καλή ποιότητα. Και καλές τιμές. Σε επικοινωνία που ειχα με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα και λύθηκε το ζήτημα. Η αντικατάσταση έγινε άμεσα. Πολύ ευχαριστημένη με τα προϊόντα και με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών! Την 4η φορά απάντησε ευγενική κοπέλα απο άλλο τμημα και μου υποσχέθηκε ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν άμεσα μαζί μου. Μετά από 4 ωρες επικοινώνησα πάλι, το σήκωσε η ίδια κοπέλα (από το άλλο τμήμα) και μου υποσχέθηκε ότι θα επικοινωνήσουν άμεσα μαζί μου γιατί όλοι μιλάνε στα τηλέφωνα. Ακομα περιμένω να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. Υ.Γ Το ενα αστέρι που πάτησα είναι υπερβολή, το πάτησα ομως γιατί δεν επιτρέπει δημοσίευση χωρίς αστέρι. On 11/12/20 I had 3 failed communication attempts to place an order. The 4th time a kind girl from another department answered and promised me that they would contact me immediately. After 4 hours I called again, the same girl picked it up (from the other section) and promised me that they would contact me immediately because everyone is talking on the phones. I am still waiting for them to contact me. UNACCEPTABLE. PS The one star I clicked is an exaggeration, but I clicked it because it does not allow posting without a star.

Έκανα την παραγγελία 16 Νοεμβρίου (11!!!! μέρες πριν το Black Friday) και ενώ αυτό που ήθελα ήταν διαθέσιμο άμεσα, η παράδοση στο Elta Courier έγινε στις 23 Νοεμβρίου, μια εβδομάδα μετά δλδ. Λόγω της κατάστασης με covid-19 και Black Friday, υπήρξε έξτρα καθυστέρηση στη διανομή. Αρχές Δεκεμβρίου επικοινώνησα με την Elta Courier και το δέμα βρισκόταν στα κεντρικά της Αθήνας (τελικός προορισμός ήταν σε επαρχία). Ρώτησα αν μπορώ να αλλάξω τη διεύθυνση αποστολής γιατί εγώ δεν θα βρισκόμουν στην επαρχία μέχρι να φτάσει τελικά μετά από όλη την καθυστέρηση και μου απάντησαν θετικά ότι γίνεται αλλά πρέπει να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας ο αποστολέας, δλδ η Minerva στην προκειμένη περίπτωση. Προφανώς δεν επικοινώνησαν πότε γιατί το δέμα έφτασε τελικά στην επαρχία στις 17 Δεκεμβρίου, και όχι στη διεύθυνση που ενδιάμεσα είχα πει. Τέλος, η πληρωμή είχε γίνει κατά την παραγγελία, και ίσως για αυτό υπήρχε και αυτή η διαχείριση από πλευράς καταστήματος. Δεν θα το συνιστούσα ποτέ! Poor service really. I placed the order on November 16 (11 !!!! days before Black Friday) and while what I wanted was immediately available, the delivery to Elta Courier took place on November 23, a week later due to the situation with covid-19 and Black Friday, there was an extra delay in distribution. At the beginning of December I contacted Elta Courier and the parcel was located in the center of Athens (final destination was in the province). I asked if I could change the shipping address because I would not be in the province until it finally arrives after all the delay and they answered yes that it is done but the sender, ie Minerva, should contact us in this case. Apparently they did not communicate when because the parcel finally arrived in the province on December 17, and not at the address I had said in between. Finally, the payment was made at the time of order, and perhaps that is why there was this store management. I would never recommend it!
