Το χρώμα του προϊόντος έμοιαζε με εκείνο του βουτύρου που προέρχεται από φυτικά προίόντα και δεν ήταν λευκό όπως είναι το βούτυρο που παράγεται από κρέμα γάλακτος -προφανώς θα κιτρίνισε στο πλοίο της γραμμής Ιταλία-Ελλάδα- και η ετικέτα έγραφε μόνο ότι "συσκευάζεται από τη Μινέρβα Α.Ε.'' Επικοινώνησα με τη γραμμή καταναλωτών και μου είπαν ότι το βουτυρο εισάγεται από την Ιταλία (!) και ότι δεν είναι υποχρεωμένοι να αναγράφουν την προέλευση, βάσει νομοθεσίας!! 1.Θεωρώ ότι αν από την Εταιρεία είχε αναγραφεί η προέλευση δεν θα είχα κανένα λόγο να αγοράσω εισαγόμενο βούτυρο! 2.Θεωρώ ότι η Εταιρεία με παραπλάνησε ! 3. Επιπλέον, η εντιμότητα απέναντι στον καταναλωτή επιβάλλει και την αναγραφή της προέλευσης του προϊόντος! 4. Βάσει νόμου, να μην γνωρίζω τί τρώω!!!. Μπράβο μας. I bought a package of fresh Corfu butter, labeled "Village". The color of the product resembled that of butter derived from plant products and was not white, such as butter produced by sour cream - it would obviously turn yellow on the Italy-Greece ferry - and the label only said that "it is packaged by Minerva. SA '' I contacted the consumer line and they told me that the butter is imported from Italy (!) And that they are not required to indicate the origin, by law !! 1. I consider that if the origin had been stated by the Company, I would have no reason to buy imported butter! 2. I believe that the Company deceived me! 3. In addition, honesty towards the consumer requires the indication of the origin of the product! 4. By law, I don't know what to eat !!! Well done.
p	panos kyn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ένα πακέτο βούτυρο ΣΑΒΟΪ τύπου Κερκύρας από τον Σκλαβενίτη στις 13/7/2020.Όταν το άνοιξα, το βούτυρο δεν θύμιζε τύπου κερκύρας αλλά λιπαρή ύλη.Τηλεφώνησα στο κατάστημα γιατί νόμισα ότι ήταν αλλοιωμένο και οι άνθρωποι αμέσως συμφώνησαν να το αλλάξουν.Την μεθεπομένη μου έστειλαν ένα νέο πακέτο το οποίο είχε την ίδια υφή και γεύση.Αυτό το κίτρινο πράμα δεν είναι αυτό που γράφει η ετικέτα.Δεν μοιάζει ούτε στο ελάχιστο με βούτυρο τύπου Κερκύρας. Ούτε καν της ίδιας αυτής εταιρείας που το έχω αγοράσει πολλές φορές στο παρελθόν. Κάτι κάνατε λάθος κύριοι της ΜΙΝΕΡΒΑ. Τα τρόφιμα όμως δεν είναι ρούχα.Τα τρόφιμα πάνε στο στομάχι μας. I bought a pack of SAVO Corfu type butter from Sklavenitis on 13/7/2020. When I opened it, the butter did not resemble Corfu type but fat. I called the store because I thought it was damaged and people immediately agreed to change it. they sent me a new package which had the same texture and taste. This yellow thing is not what the label says. It does not look at all like Corfu type butter. Not even from the same company that I have bought many times in the past. You did something wrong, gentlemen of MINERVA. But food is not clothes. Food goes to our stomach.
