Αρχικά έγινε λάθος στην διεύθυνση αποστολής, ενώ την είχα καταχωρίσει σωστά. Όταν κάλεσα για να μάθω πότε περίπου να περιμένω τα βιβλία, η υπάλληλος που απάντησε (5/3/21 και ώρα 12:00) αφού αρχικά καταλόγισε σε εμένα το λάθος της αποστολής, στην ερώτησή μου έκρινε ως επαγγελματική την απάντηση «δεν δουλεύω στην μεταφορική για να ξέρω κύριε μου».
Απαράδεκτη απάντηση, γεμάτη ειρωνεία, που αδικεί τις προσπάθειες συγγραφέων και μεταφραστών των εκδόσεων.
 While I was generally very happy with the 1st order, the 2nd was really disappointing.
Initially an error was made in the shipping address, while I had entered it correctly. When I called to find out when to wait for the books, the clerk who answered (5/3/21 at 12:00) after initially blaming me for the error of the shipment, in my question considered the answer "I do not work in metaphorical to know my lord ".
Unacceptable answer, full of irony, which does injustice to the efforts of writers and translators of the publications.
