Not bad rooms. General staying is not for long. 2 days are okay.. The woman there responsible, Giota, oh dear God she's rude to the staff and there's something ugly and bad about her.

Only halfway through my stay as I’m writing this review and already don’t want this magical stay to end. Beautiful boutique hotel, right by the water. Staff is brilliant, attentive, hard working and always with a smile. Highly recommend.

We recently took a family trip here this summer and had an amazing time. This place is kid friendly and adult approved. Situated away from the hustle and bustle you get great ocean views as well as a price pool area. The food this hotel was exceptional with the breakfast buffets being amazing. The staff was all very friendly and helpful and able to accommodate our every need. In addition to this they were really great with the kids. The views from the restaurant are incredible and it’s the perfect place to spend an afternoon or evening.

“The preemptive charm offensive hotel”, From the minute you arrive until the second you depart the lovely staff drown you with their affection and hyper attention, except that underneath it all there is incompetence coupled with severe denial about all that is dysfunctional in this establishment. Many repeated “gentle complaints” were registered about ants infestation everywhere, and in your bed -that can be a problem- , the water leak from the full of mold shower area to the dangerously slippery bathroom floor, the non wifi they kept insisting it worked when it didn’t even if you demonstrate it to them, the carelessness of housekeeping whether about cleaning or replenishing towels-shampoo-coffee capsules… The housekeeper forgot a whole bag of dirty laundry collected from my room and other rooms for 2 days. The swimming pool, where they upkeep a maximum security system of accounting on how many towels you’ve borrowed, is great for it’s filled with sea salt water but the flooring around it is alarmingly slippery. The poorly displayed breakfast is run by staff who insist that your tea water is hot when it’s not. Now remember that we’re talking about a 325 euros a night kind of hotel room. With cold led lighting only appropriate in a hospital surgery room, electrical sockets hanging from walls along with wires loose dangling. Not to forget mentioning the cobwebs in every corner and balconies that have not been cleaned from mud since last winter. To add insult to injury a pushy front desk-er interrupts your breakfast, 2 days prior to checkout, to in your face a “rate your great experience” form which I have of course ignored but to be reminded of it in an ambush at settling the hefty bill. I said enough, just examine the pics.

This hotel was a huge disappointment, and definitely not a five-star hotel as it claims to be. It is largely overpriced, so we would recommend avoiding it. Pros - Location (close to airport and town), sunset views - Cocktails are very good - Front desk employee who works the night shift worked really hard to find us a cab late, which is very difficult during the high season - Private pool Cons - The food is comically appalling, and the restaurant is only open during limited lunch and dinner hours (impossible to get anything to eat, not even a snack, between 2:15pm and 7:30pm) - The hotel is very, very dirty: stained walls and floors, fetid pillows (some couch pillows had snot on them) - The majority of staff is rude and unhelpful: it almost feels like we’re bothering them when asking for something, their communication is abrasive and loud - Bathrooms are dark, humid, and not well-maintained (temperature changes) - Very cheap, generic toiletries - Linens, towels, pillows are poor quality (worn out)

This hotel is anything but a 5 star hotel. Half the rooms are old and not well maintained. The hotel itself is not clean: pool mattresses dirty, dirt under the pool beds etc...The manager seems completely overwhelmed by her job and should honestly find another one. Definitely not the feel you have at a 5 star hotel. This hotel is a 3.5 stars at best and for that exorbitant price there is much better on the island.

Fantastic luxury suites. Wonderful view. Amazing sunset. Cocktails and food at their best.

This hotel changed their name (2022) to eliminate the horrible reviews haha! We stayed (2 adults - 2 kids) in August 2021 and it was not worth the cost whatsover. The stuff is not trained. The rooms are very very small (kids couch was just in front of our bed). The hotel is generally run down and in dire need of rennovations. Oh! And the beach that is close to it (still a long walk in the scorching heat) is beautiful but very very dirty with trash coming in when the wind blows north (almost always) and the sand full of microplastics. I do not recommend this hotel.
