We booked the hotel and traveled all the way from Heraklion to receive information that its adult only hotel and we were denied to check in since we have a 6 month old baby that we wrote in the message to the hotel when we booked. The information that its adult only hotel on their website is non existing and their website give option to write that put it that you are travelling with a child , there is not a word about adult only anywhere. The manager offered to switch us to 2 star hotel nearby which did not have at all the same standard. Manager was really not understanding of the situation and hold to that we can not check in although there is no information about it anywhere on the website (they are hopefully going to change that in the future). The part of the stuff was really friendly while majority not interested in solving the situation. We had a chance to see the hotel at least and it is for sure not a 5 star hotel standard,not saying that hotel is not good at all but there are better alternatives.
a	abaras abaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing brand new hotel.. With wonderful view of the city. Gorgeous pool on the 3rd floor Where the restaurant and the bar are. Bar is very well equipped.. The food on the restaurant was wonderful. Will visit again..
F	Florent Waltz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were upgraded from the Minos Hotel to the Ambassador accross the street. Everything is new, the staff is great and the location is nice. Rooftop bar and restaurant. The only downside was that the SPA was not yet opperational, but since we were not supposed to have access to it in the first place it was not a problem.
E	Elena Gorbenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing brand new hotel not far from the old town of Rethymno (around 20-minute walk), the hotel is adults only. The rooms are spacious, clean and pleasantly designed, the rooftop swimming pool and a restaurant with city- and sea-view are wonderful and good for COVID-times due to being in the open air. The food is good-quality and diverse, the bar menu offers a good choice of Greek wines and a variety of cocktails. Kudos to Yiannis for the impeccable service at breakfasts and dinners as well as good wine recommendations and to Giorgos, the bartender, for his helpfulness, sense of humor and personalized cocktails he made for us. We will definitely stay in this hotel again when travel to Crete next time.
V	Vasilis Psarros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful brand new hotel in the center of Rethymno city. The staff was friendly and accommodated every request that we had during our stay. They provided us a free upgrade in a 60 sqm suite which was beautiful. The decoration of the hotel is really nice. We had a delicious dinner in roof top restaurant where breakfast is also served. Highly recommended. We definitely come back in near future.
T	Thijs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here 2 weeks, would definitely recommend. Rooms are spacious and property is very new and looks great. The pool is great, plenty of beds and a nice view. Hotel is nicely located near the old town (25 min walk) and few mins from the beach. Staff is very friendly and service minded. Adult only so it’s quite peaceful, contrary to the sometimes busy beach. Spa was not fully operational yet, gym is rather small. Food is good but in the town you can find better. Would be nice if the pool area could be non-smoking and the hallway music to be toned down a bit or stop earlier. Overall great place to stay, don’t hesitate.
F	Fabienne Postma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we just arrived in the Netherlands from a really nice vacation at this hotel!! we arrived on 2 may in the evening arround 11 pm at the hotel. nobody was at the reception so we had the check in our self but we saw our room card with our name. the next day they were really sorry about it. they can not be there because of private situations. They were really sorry for us and they give us a free lunch!! it was so sweet. about the room, it was so clean and beautiful they cleaned it every day. and i liked the style of the hotel, beautiful!! and the rooftop swimming pool it was so nice also the people who work at the restaurant they were so kind en the service was excellent! this service is the best service i ever had in my life! thanks for this amazing vacation.Meer

It's a beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, the staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. We arrived really late due to a mix up with our transfer transport so we were delighted to be told we had been upgraded to one of the suites instead of a room in the sister hotel. Both my husband and myself had Spa treatments which we would definitely recommend. Many thanks to everyone for making a more than longed for holiday a lot more memorable.
