a	aggelos fefekos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σάββατο 26/03 στο κατάστημα αυτό έχοντας τελειώσει τα ψώνια μου είμαι στο ταμείο περιμένοντας να πληρώσω με κάρτα όπως και έγινε..από λάθος εκτίμηση πιθανώς δική μου η τιμή από ένα προιόν που ψώνισα ήταν αρκετά μεγαλύτερη από αυτή που είδα στο ράφι..ζήτησα ευγενικά από την ταμία να ακυρώσει τη συναλλαγή..αυτή αρνήθηκε ισχυριζόμενη ότι δεν γνωρίζει να το κάνει..όταν της είπα ότι είναι υποχρέωση της απάντησε ΑΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΑ λέγοντας μου πως αφού έκανα λάθος έπρεπε να χρεωθώ το ποσό έτσι κι αλλιώς..η λύση που μου πρότεινε αφού μίλησε στο τηλέφωνο προφανώς με κάποιο υπεύθυνο ήταν να αγοράσω με το ποσό αυτό άλλα είδη του καταστήματος ή να επικοινωνήσω με την διεύθυνση από Δευτέρα..προτίμησα να φύγω μη θέλοντας να χάσω άλλο το χρόνο μου με αυτή τη θλιβερή υπάλληλο..λυπάμαι για αυτή την άκρως αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά..εάν είναι η πολιτική του καταστήματος αυτή ακόμα χειρότερα..η ευγένεια και η εξεύρεση λύσης είναι το μίνιμουμ που απαιτώ σαν καταναλωτής..δεν αρκούν μόνο οι τιμές για να έχετε πελάτες.. Saturday 26/03 in this store having finished my shopping I am at the checkout waiting to pay by card as it happened..by mistake I probably the price of a product I bought was much higher than the one I saw on the shelf..I asked politely from the cashier to cancel the transaction..she refused claiming that she does not know how to do it..when I told her that it is her obligation she answered RUDELY telling me that after I made a mistake I had to be charged the amount anyway..the solution that me suggested after talking on the phone obviously with someone in charge was to buy with this amount other items of the store or to contact the address from Monday..I preferred to leave not wanting to waste any more time with this sad employee..I'm sorry for this highly unprofessional behavior..if the store's policy is even worse..kindness and finding a solution is the minimum I require as a consumer..the prices alone are not enough to have p fir trees ..
