K	Kostas Kyriakopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are more than fine. However the support personnel (nurses, administrators) seem to be substandard compared to other similar establishments in Athens. The indifference of the support personnel is remarkable. Mistakes are so frequent that I just hope they are not in par to medical activity that, so far seems to be excellent. This is an expensive place and services should be analogous to the cost.
N	North Oneplus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have an emergency... Go elsewhere! Very clean and fantastic premises. New building really modern but... One pediatric doctor for ALL emergency cases means you have to wait for at least 2 hours before someone guides you through the rest stages in order to get a room. Very expensive in comparison with Iaso and euroclinic. The nursery staff is very polite but the doctor talked to us in a very ironic and unpolite manner. Finally after 2.5 hours in the waiting room with an algofren shot with a one year old baby having a fever of 38 C we left and went to Iaso which took them just 20 minutes to sort us out in a room. Sorry but that is unacceptable for an expensive private pediatric hospital.

I came with strong pain in the area of a right ovary, telling to the staff that I feel dizzy and sick and am on painkillers. 40 min I was waiting to be done rapid Covid test. Then I was informed that the gynecologist will see me only after I make blood tests - for pregnancy, HIV, general test, the result for which will be available in 1 - 1,5 hours. Is that called URGENCY?!!!! I am covered by private insurance, I came to private hospital in order to get prompt help - and they just don't care. People, who gave Hippocratic Oath, women who see another woman barely on her legs..... Away from Mitera!!!!!!!

P	Pierros Zevolis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern, clean and comfortable hospital at the north suburbs of Athens. The staff is helpful and polite. There are shops with gifts and accessories for kids inside the hospital. Also restaurant, coffee shop and outdoor space is available for visitors.
