Last week's episode :After a serious damage in a '09 proceed, we let our car for engine overhaul and /plus clutch system repair.Total cost was rising and rising. Whenever supposed to speak with chief of workshop all were in order,just like supposed to be and car was on the way to be repaired. At the cashier's desk when my partner went to pay,drama started.Although cost was known,payment terms weren't. My partner decide in good faith to pay them in a mix of more benefitted terms to them.30%cash the remain in 10 fixed price credit card installments. That was the initial deal.When she said 45%cash and the remain in credit card installments they equal price of the installments to the initial plan.That as you understand is not a good faith, nor a win win situation. On my complaints call they were rude,uneducated, untrained, customer service representative lady who clearly declared that I didn't understand the terms.Which terms?Did she notify us about terms?No.Did said sorry but that is the deal? No.My conclusion is that they are typical car shop with typical extortion attitude as all over the world. Overall I recommend them for technical skills, I don't recommend and recognize their commercial practices.Sad is that there is no official strong authority in Greece where I could file an official complain.That lady for sure broke my trust and my Christmas budget! We will not visit this shop again
