The second also broke down in 3 months. Two Apple chargers in 7 months !! The product was monkey, so the guarantee was given by the dealer and not by an official representative. The second time a refund was made, while the transaction was found with the amount of € 21.90 that was done electronically, they wanted to return me a smaller amount from the transaction, € 17 to be exact, because I did not have the receipt. With difficulty and irritability eventually, my saleswoman returned the entire amount, telling me that they would keep the difference from her salary. The product was purchased authentic, € 24 from another store, immediately after and their difference was very obvious.

today I got headphones from a specific store. The package was open. And the saleswoman did the Chinese. She said I got it on the shelf.

I just wonder, if there was a glass with less than 2 euros (approximately) that I paid for what they gave and it covered the screen by 50% ..., would they "put" it in the store and sell it as a protective glass ??? Sad or purchase but also the treatment of the issue by the store ... For the record, of course, I bought the exact option at about 5.50 euros.
