★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσωπικά έτυχε να κάνω επισκευή iPhone XS Max λόγω ραγίσματος οθόνης … η συγκεκριμένη προσφορά αφορούσε την επιστροφή της παλιάς οθόνης δίνοντας μου μια ίδια γνήσια refurbished … αποδεχόμενος την προσφορά πρωχορησαμε σε τοποθέτηση με την συμφωνία ότι δεν θα επηρεαστεί καμία λειτουργία και όλα θα είναι όπως πριν με εξαίρεση την στεγανότητα (που όλοι ξέρουμε ότι ένα κινητό ποτέ εγγυημένα δεν είναι στεγανό ακόμα και από το εργοστάσιο παραγωγής ) … παρατηρήθηκε με την επισκευή ότι το touch υπολειτουργεί και το πρώτο που σκεφτήκαμε είναι ότι η οθόνη είναι ελαττωματική … παρ όλο που ο δικος μου ισχυρισμός ήταν να διορθωθεί απλά με προγραμματισμό της νέας οθόνης μου έκαναν αντικατάσταση .Το σημαντικότερο όμως είναι ότι ήρθε άνθρωπος του μαγαζιού να παραλάβει την συσκευή και σε χρόνο express την επέστρεψε … συνιστώ μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στο τεχνικο τμήμα κατά τον τεχνικο έλεγχο για αποδέσμευση της συσκευής !!! Να ναι καλά ο Κώστας για την εξυπηρέτηση και την διάθεση να είμαι Οκαυ εγώ σαν πελάτης αλλά και εκείνος σαν πωλητής !
Personally I happened to repair iPhone XS Max due to a cracked screen συγκεκρι this offer was for the return of the old screen giving me the same genuine refurbished μενος accepting the offer we proceeded with the placement with the agreement that no function will be affected and everything will be as before except for the tightness (we all know that a mobile phone is never guaranteed to be watertight even from the factory) θηκε it was noticed with the repair that the touch is malfunctioning and the first thing we thought was that the screen is defective… although my claim was to be corrected simply by programming the new screen they replaced me. But the most important thing is that a man from the store came to pick up the device and returned it in express time… I recommend more attention to the technical department during the technical inspection to release the device !!! May Kostas be well for the service and the willingness to be OK, me as a customer but also he as a seller!
