Μετά από 2 βδομάδες η μπαταρία αδειαζε γρήγορα κ η οθόνη από την αρχή έκανε διαφορά τρελά την μια πρασίνιζε κ άλλες φορές δεν λειτουργούσε η αφή από την δεξιά πλευρά. Το πήγα πίσω κ μού άλλαξαν την μπαταρία. Μετά από λίγες μέρες σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί η αφή της οθόνης πήγα πάλι στο κατάστημα κ μου είπαν ότι χρειάζεται αλλαγή οθόνης γιατί έχει ξεκολλήσει. Εγώ τους εξηγώ ότι από την αρχή που το πήρα είχε πρόβλημα κ έχω video που φαίνονται τα τρελά που εκανε η οθόνη και στην τελική πως ξεκολλάει έτσι απλά μια οθονη?Κατά την άποψή μού ηταν ελαττωματική η οθονη από την αρχή. Ηαπάντηση ήταν ότι δεν έχουν πρόβλημα με τις οθόνες από εκεί που τις προμηθευονται, αλλά δυστυχώς πάντα υπάρχει ελαττωματικό προϊόν ασχέτως από τον προμηθευτή. Το κινητό δεν έχει πέσει, αλλά η απάντηση στο ότι έχει προβλήματα από την αρχή ήταν ότι "που να ξέρουν αυτοί μπορεί από την ίδια μέρα που το πήρα από το service να το έσπασα ( έτσι απλά)"!!!! Κι εγώ έτσι απλά ρωτάω αφού από την αρχή είχε προβλήματα ( και με την μπαταρία) ποια είναι η εγγύηση που παρέχουν κ σε τι, όταν σε κάτι τόσο απλό δεν βγάζεις άκρη. Στο τέλος αυτοί είναι χαμένοι. Λυπάμαι που πήγα εκεί. I went to iphone xr to change the battery and change the broken screen. I took it back and they changed my battery. After a few days the touch screen stopped working I went back to the store and they told me that the screen needs to be changed because it has come off. I explain to them that from the beginning I got it had a problem and I have videos that show the crazy things that the screen did and in the end how does a screen just come off? In my opinion the screen was defective from the beginning. The answer was that they have no problem with the screens from where they are supplied, but unfortunately there is always a defective product regardless of the supplier. The mobile phone has not fallen, but the answer to the fact that it has problems from the beginning was that "let them know that from the same day I got it from the service I could have broken it (so simple)" !!!! And I just ask since from the beginning he had problems (and with the battery) what is the guarantee they provide and what, when in something so simple you do not get an edge. In the end they are lost. I'm sorry I went there.

Πρόθημα να σ εξυπηρετήσουν σε οποιοδήποτε πρόβλημα έχει να κάνει με κινητό, ή υπολογιστή Αν υπάρχει η δυνατότητα να το επισκευάσουν θα το κάνουν με επιτυχία. Αν όχι,θα σου πουν ότι δε γίνεται Ότι πιο τίμιο,για να μη χάνεις το χρόνο σου ,και τα χρηματα σου,,ψάχνοντας για κατάστηματα ,που υπόσχονται ότι επισκευαζουν κάθε είδους βλάβη Μεγάλη ποικιλία,και σε αξεσουάρ κινητών,και όχι μόνο My therapy!!! Ρωτησα θα κάνω την δουλειά μου; είναι συμβατό; Και μου έδωσαν αυτό. Αυτό για να λειτουργήσει θέλει λειτουργικό ρούτερ. Πήγε μέσα κιόλας ο πωλητής να ρωτήσει τον " τεχνικό" αν έχω σπασμένο ρούτερ θα μπορέσω να συνδεθώ μόνο με αυτό; Ξέρουν τι πουλάνε ; You go to buy a router and tell them that it fell and broke yours. And they give you that. This is a WiFi amplifier. I asked will I do my job? it is compatible; And they gave me that. This requires a working router to work. Did the seller even go in to ask the "technician" if I have a broken router will I only be able to connect to it? Do they know what they are selling?

Indeed within 1 hour was fixed and received a verbal gurantee for 1 year. 3 months later my screen suddenly stopped working. I went there to make use of gurantee and they told me that he could not even check it and can not offer it. Why you add a gurantee without offering it? Also the person I was talking to was rude and told me that the only way that I could be pleased was him to take cash from his cashier and pay for my screen!!
