Κ	Κώστας Εμμανουηλίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τούς στέλνω mail με αναλυτική προσφορά για 5 κομμάτια έγχρωμης μελαμίνης ........ Μου αποντάνε ξερά δεν έχουμε το χρώμα που μας στείλατε . Γράφω 2o mail τους λέω βάλτε όποιο θέλετε παραπλήσιο χρώμα αφού δεν έχετε αυτό που εστειλα . Μου απαντάνε να μπω στο site να διαλέξω χρώμα !!!!!!!!! Αν βαριούνται να γράψουν μια προσφορά πως θα προχωρήσω να αγοράσω το οτιδήποτε απο αυτούς ;;;;; Το μόνο που τους ενδιαφέρει είναι να την λένε στο πελάτη !!!! Κάτι δε πάει καλά με το συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί .....για την ακρίβεια περιμένω να μου απαντήσουν με τον ίδιο αγενή τρόπο που μου απαντήσανε και στα mail. Something is wrong with this particular store ..... to be precise, I am waiting for them to answer me in the same rude way that they answered me in the mails.

Πολύ ευχαριστημένος. Έχω ήδη παραγγείλει 3 έπιπλα από εκεί και σίγουρα θα το ξανακάνω Very good work and nice products. Χ	Χριστίνα Τσιβρά on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update δεν ειχα διαβάσει το σχόλιο της κας Μαριλενας που για ακόμα μια φορά είναι αγενής και αμφισβητεί τον πελάτη και απαντάει στα σχόλια αντί να πει ένα συγνωμη, επικοινωνησε σήμερα ο υπεύθυνος παραγγελιών σας να μάθει τι ακριβώς έχει συμβεί, φυσικά μετα από αυτό το σχόλιο αναιρω ότι του είπα και επιμένω ότι είσαστε απαράδεκτοι. Οι πελάτες σας δεν είναι μόνο χονδρικής θα πρέπει να σέβεστε και της λιανικής αν θέλετε να επιβιώσετε στην αγορά γιατί πολύ εύκολα μπορείτε να φθάσετε στον πάτο.. Η κριτική αφορά για την ιδιοκτήτρια απότι έμαθα εκ των υστέρων Μαριλενα Ατσαλη γιατι απάντησε στο τηλέφωνικο κέντρο της εταιρείας και θεώρησα ότι είναι υπάλληλος. Απαράδεκτη αγενέστατη, μετά από επικοινωνία μου για να μάθω πότε θα παραλάβω τον πάγκο κουζίνας εκ παραδρομής ζήτησα κα Μαριλενα ενώ τελικά είχα μίλησει με κάποια Μιλενα και όταν της είπα τα στοιχεία μου για να δει την παραγγελία αντί να μου πει ότι εγώ είμαι η ιδιοκτήτρια και μαλλον μιλήσατε με την Μιλενα και έφυγε με άδεια εγκυμοσύνης και θα σας εξυπηρετήσω εγώ, εκείνη με αγενέστατο και απότομο ύφος απάντησε δεν μίλησες μαζί μου δεν ξέρω για την παραγγελία. Φυσικά εκνευρίστηκα και τις είπα δεν ξέρω πόσες Λενες έχετε εκεί.. Είχαν πει ότι θα με ενημερώσουν Τρίτη και κανένας δεν επικοινωνησε και επιπλέον βαζωντας με σε αναμονή ακούγοντας ο πελάτης μίλησε άσχημα αυτή η Μαριλενα. Δεν ντρέπεστε εκεί μέσα και ένας λόγος παραπάνω είσαι η Ιδιοκτήτρια. αναμένω επικοινωνία από τον κ.
