Disgusting service, totally urgentle! You rent an expensive car from booking and they trying to give the cheap one, considering that is totally same! Like we are blind and can't see.... this car service shouldn't exist, they cheat on people and get away with it!?!! Serious organizations as booking.com shouldn't collaborate with such companies! To lie about the driving license, that is not international....are you for real?!?!

Greatfull people.With smile in their faces. Fast service.People with proffesionalism and the number one for me was that the car had the hole safety about me and my family and second that the prize was excellent compared with the car.

They steal your credit card info, charge you money, don't explain the reasons and then just disappear. Never EVER work with these scammers.

Worst experience ever. They set price as other popular companies like Hertz, Avis, etc. but give you a complete piece of garbage. The car constantly has some problems, now we are repairing it cause the generator belt was completely worn off. The car is in a very very bad condition, they even did not bother to add Adblue on their own. The exterior is in bad shape, as well as the interior. The transmission works absolutely awful and they give you the car with almost empty gas tank. Do not recommend! Update: They return the deposit, but then take it away once more. This company is a scam!

Hello, we have an issue with deposit return..... 17/07/21 number 090 The car was returned on Sunday 18/07/21 at 10 o’clock in the morning, everything was fine, and in the car rental service we were told that the deposit money will be returned within 1-2 days, but the deposit hasn’t been returned still. Please help, how long should we wait for money return? *** Deposit money were returned on the 11th calendar day...

TLDR: they give you trashy car steal your money. 0/10 would not recommend Rented Citroen C4 Picasso in July 2021 for 80 Euro/day with friends. 1. We paid for the delivery but they not only were 2 hours late but also didn`t delivered the car to us at all, they brought us to the office on the other side of Athens where we waited to get the car. They also tried to write in the contract not the time we actually received the car (around 13.00) but the time we ordered it to be delivered (10.00) 2. The wasn`t with a full gas tank. It was about 1/4 full. That car was also ex Spanish police car, the interior had lots of wear, some plastic was broken and glued back, it also looked like some airbags were removed. 3. As it turned out later AdBlue tank was also almost empty. We had hard time figuring out why "Check engine" sign popped up, and had to buy some AdBlue with our own money (at first we found only 10 liters canister for ~60 Euros). 4. The next day after AdBlue accident, while driving back to out accommodation in Thessaloniki, air conditioning suddenly broke. The next morning while we planned to leave Thessaloniki and to visit Meteora, turned out that generator belt fell apart the day before (that was the reason why AC stopped working). Part of the belt that was laying near the engine was extremely worn and only about 1/3-1/4 of it`s original width. Rental company doesn`t check cars before giving it to customers. Company did manage to find some repair shop in less then 10 km but we spent around 6 hours to deal with it and our plans for the day were ruined. 5. Few days after returning the car, we received back our 500 Euro deposit, but after some time Rental company somehow charged us again 500 Euros while we already were several thousands km from Athens. This operation is still being appealed by the bank and we haven`t got our money back. 6. It also looks like they or other local car rental companies book cars from big companies like Sixt, so tourists would not have other choice but to rent from them.

The car was alright. When booking, we specifically asked that they help get our deposit back after the car’s returned as we had to use a debit card. The guy renting to us was promising to do so and was very accommodating and available until the point we returned the car. After the car was returned, we contacted him 4-5 times to help us out with a document confirming their intent to release the deposit. He just kept delaying, forgetting to respond, and eventually completely ghosting us. They didn’t capture the deposit of course, but now we gotta wait 30 days for it to be automatically released. Not nice at all.
