Η Μόλλυ πάντα ενδιαφέρεται για πιθανούς τραυματισμούς και ευπάθιες, ώστε να προσαρμοστεί το πρόγραμμα πάνω στις αναγκες των συμμετεχόντων. Κάθε συνεδρία είναι διαφορετική ανάλογα με τις αναγκες και τις δυνατότητες του γκρουπ. Ωραίες μουσικές επιλογές και φιλικό περιβάλλον. Namaste! :)
Schedule adapted for beginners and more experienced. Molly is always interested in possible injuries and vulnerabilities in order to adapt the program to the needs of the participants. Each session is different depending on the needs and capabilities of the group. Nice musical choices and friendly environment. Namaste! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ φιλικό και ήρεμο περιβάλλον, ένας πολύ όμορφος χώρος με δυο πολύ «όμορφες» δασκάλες.
Μικρά τμήματα, γεγονός που επιτρέπει το πρόγραμμα να προσαρμόζεται ανάλογα με τις εκάστοτε συνθήκες. Τόσο η Μόλλυ όσο και Μαρία Άννα δείχνουν ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρουν στις ανάγκες και τα θέματα του κάθε μαθητή.
Τα προγράμματα έχουν ποικιλία και υπάρχουν και επιπλέον δραστηριότητες για τους μαθητές που θέλουν να εμβαθύνουν τις πρακτικές τους.

Very friendly and calm environment, a very beautiful place with two very "beautiful" teachers.

Τα τμήματα είναι λίγων ατόμων που κάνουν το μάθημα προσαρμοσμένο πάντα στις προσωπικές ανάγκες! Η Μόλλυ δίνει την παιχνιδιάρικη και συνάμα επαγγελματική διάθεση στο κάθε μαθήμα και αυτό γίνεται αυτομάτως ο πιο διασκεδαστικός τρόπος για να γυμναστείς και να χαλαρώσεις ταυτόχρονα. Namaste
Molly's place is the place where you can immediately feel calm and balance even if you are ... flying (aerial yoga). The departments are few people who make the course always adapted to personal needs!
