Annika and I spent around 9 months planning our September 2019 wedding and I honestly wouldn't have had it any other way. Trusting somebody to co-plan your wedding in another country is scary - but from the moment we met Annika on Skype I felt completely relaxed and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process. No question or request was too small and after honestly hundreds of Emails, we had the most perfect wedding day. Annika thought of every single detail and everything I requested was executed absolutely perfectly. Plus, Moments made the legal side of things so so easy and transparent which was priceless to us. Annika was so kind yet professional and kept us both calm throughout the whole process. If you are planning a wedding in Crete and you are undecided on using Moments - DO IT! I promise you wont regret it. Annika and her team are worth every single penny.

Words cannot describe what a dream it is to have Annika from Moments plan our wedding. We got married in July 2019 and had the best wedding any couple could dream of and its all thanks to the amazing work of Annika and her team in Crete- they are amazing. From the moment we reached out with some out of the box requests until a year later we can't believe the detail and attention Annika gave to every aspect of our wedding. It was perfect and our friends are still talking about, the drinks, the food and how much fun they had a year later. Annika & Moments are exactly what you want when planning an overseas wedding. We wanted a traditional Israeli, Jewish wedding weekend with multiple events in Crete and she made it happen! She is creative, has great taste, and her knowledge of planning weddings, & Crete are simply outstanding! Her availability, timely and detailed answers, and excellent communication were what made it all so easy. She kept us calm and assisted in everything we could have possibly needed and more! From guest accommodation to the type of glasses, flowers, photo locations and everything the detail and level of service and quality were excellent. If we were ever stressed out about anything, we just contacted her and right away and she took care of it! Everything we saw on Pinterest and wanted, she not only found it but also gave us the best options to choose from! Our wedding weekend all three events couldn't have gone smoother! She is simply the best! We are forever grateful for our amazing wedding and we would highly recommend having Annika & Moments plan your wedding in Crete if you want the best wedding you could only dream of!

Caroline was brilliant to deal with for our wedding in Rethymno. She made the effort to understand what we wanted and put together the arrangements for us in advance. There was a delay with our documents stuck in the Greek Post and she phoned them to track it down just in time. The whole process or organising our 2 person wedding was simple and the registration at the local council the next day went ahead with ease. Would definitely recommend Caroline if you are thinking of getting married in Greece.

Fantastic wedding planners who make the journey to getting married a dream. From the very beginning they offer so many different wedding venues, wedding styles and decoration options. They take your ideas and make them a beautiful reality on the day. Our venue was breathtaking and was made even more magical with the attention to detail and brilliant decorations the Moments team put together. The organisation on the day was simply top-notch and made our wedding day the most perfect, stress-free experience. They stayed until the end (3am!) and we couldn't be more appreciative for all the effort that was put into our day! Thank you Annika and the Moments Team.

We had our wedding ceremony during August of 2021 in Crete. Being that we do not live in Greece, and on top of that trying to organize a wedding during the Covid pandemic, it was very important to have a professional, responsive, and quality wedding planner. We were very lucky to have been recommended Annika. She is not cheap, however she was the complete opposite of all the nightmare stories we hear from the typical planners. Always responded fast, always available, always enthusiastic about every step of the process, always provided details in everything we wanted, and always gave us 2-3 options so that we could choose the best option. Even for the third party vendors she recommended to us, they were all extremely professional, courteous, stylish, and the photos/videos they made were stellar. The first venue we had booked even unexpectedly cancelled on us, and even though it was far from the wedding time, she was non-stop scrambling to find alternatives. She gave us a plethora of other options, and although we thought we might have to cancel it altogether, the event ended up being saved. If you have the financial means to hire her, it will be worth every penny. Being the stressful event that a wedding is to plan, especially if done remotely, we are extremely happy to have chosen her. We only wish there were more people like her to go around - but unfortunately quality & talent like this is very hard to find. I've never put this much effort into reviewing anything/anyone, but given the effort, time, and amazing results we had with Annika, I would be absolutely remiss not to.

There just aren’t enough words to describe how perfect our wedding was with moments. From start to finish, it was an absolute fairytale that we will cherish forever. The moments team were incredible and helped reassure us every step of the way when travel restrictions kept changing due to the pandemic, and what could have been an incredibly stressful time turned out to be the very best day of our lives. Every detail was perfect, and everything ran like clockwork on the day thanks to Moments and their amazing talent for planning and delivering dream weddings. We started working with Moments whey back in fall 2018 for our summer 2020 wedding. Due to the pandemic our nuptials were postponed to September 2021 and my gosh they were so worth the wait! Annika and her team work tirelessly to ensure our day was as magical as it could be. It was filled with love, tears, joy and passion, which is everything we could have ever hoped for. None of this would have been possible without Annika! She simply is the best at what she does and I would use them over and over if we could repeat out wedding day again. She pieced together every moment of our day just so it ran as smoothly as possible and we will never be able to thank her enough. Moments will always have a special place in our hearts.
