★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a site of tranquility and peacefulness. I've been visiting this place since I was a kid and was and still am amazed for the feelings it brings up. There is great interest in the story behind the saint and the site itself. The views from there are outstanding with the entire Corinthian Bay laying in front of your eyes. Breathtaking If call it. Definitely worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to visit. The view is amazing from here with a beautiful church outside and one in the cave with the body of the saint that you can see. The drive can be a little sketchy, but it's paved all the way up and safe, just go slow!

This is a functioning monastery, a really important place for believers. After sitting in the church, I watched with what sincere love and respect the parishioners enter this small miniature church and with what love they show it.
The nuns are very friendly. They go about their business, not paying attention to tourists and communicate with you if you ask them in a grudge. One woman there speaks English and apparently is engaged in the administrative part of the household.
Tourists are allowed to come and, apparently in our time, at the expense of tourists, they receive a small income for running a household in the monastery
