★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μοναστήρι της Παναγίας της Φανερωμένης στο Καλλιφώνι όπου φυλάσσεται η ομώνυμη εικόνα της Παναγίας μοναδικό και ξεχωριστό κειμήλιο στην οποία οφείλει την ανέγερσή του στο συγκεκριμένο χώρο το μοναστήρι. Στο αλσύλλιο που υπάρχει σήμερα, πριν από το 1840 εμφανίστηκε η Παναγία σε έναν βουκόλο, όχι μόνο μια φορά αλλά τουλάχιστον τρεις, με συνέπεια να πειστούν οι πάντες για τη θέληση της Υπεραγίας Θεοτόκου. Η ίδια η Θεοτόκος στη συνέχεια ως μια αφανής οικονόμος δρομολόγησε λύσεις για να πάρει "σάρκα και οστά" το έργο και να υμνείται το Πανάγιο όνομά της εις τους αιώνες. Στο τέμπλο του ναού δεν υπάρχουν σήμερα οι παλιές εικόνες. Φυλάσσονται σε άλλο χώρο του μοναστηριού. Απ' αυτές ξεχωρίζει η εικόνα του Αγίου Νικολάου εν Βουναίνοις που φιλοτεχνήθηκε εμφανίζοντας τον άγιο με το σχήμα του μοναχού. Επίσης στη δυτική πλευρά του ναού διασώζεται τοιχογραφία που απεικονίζει τη Θεία Κρίση κατά τη Δευτέρα Παρουσία του Κυρίου μας. Το μοναστήρι στους πρώτους χρόνους αγιογραφήθηκε από κάποιον ονόματι Ιωάννη, χωρίς να υπάρχουν περισσότερα στοιχεία για τη ζωή και το έργο του.(αντίγραφο της εικόνας) 22/8/20

The icon of Agios Nikolaos en Vounainis stands out from them, which was created showing the saint in the shape of a monk. Also on the west side of the temple is a fresco depicting the Divine Judgment during the Second Coming of our Lord.
