β β β β β We booked double bed, we got 2 single beds. Tv-tuner didn't function, cover of toilete suite was broken and more. We did not get what we paid for. Coverage of wifi was fair and village center is 5' away by foot.

β β β β β For those who seek for budget stays, green apartments are good options. The lady at the desk was very helpful and patient with us. Also the owner changed our room and did not ask for any extra cost.

β β β β β Mr Kontorinis offered us a "free upgrade" to the top of the building, in a small, dark and hot apartment just under the roof. We had booked the large, airy and cool apartment in the second floor, but this was occupied by Mr Kontorinis and his wife. Conclusion: don't expect to get what you book in this house. Better go elsewhere.

β β β β β Nice location, close to Monemvasia's castle, great view of all Monemvasia and castle's rock. Very clean well priced and comfortable room for a family of 4 or 5 people. Receptionist is there to help you, and "be greener (recycling) is Hotel's motto. Highly recommended....

β β β β β Great views from the loft apartments on the top floor. Apartments on the lower floors have nicer decor though. Check in very easy. Peacefully situated at the top of the town.
