★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν από 17 χρόνια είχαμε αγοράσει ένα υπέροχο φωτιστικό οροφής από την εταιρία Μωραΐτης, λόγω κάποιου ατυχήματος το συγκεκριμένο φωτιστικό υπέστη βλάβη, η υπεύθυνη της εταιρείας ασχολήθηκε με την περίπτωση σχεδόν για 10 ημέρες, το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να μας προμηθεύσει 45 εξαρτήματα μαζί με κρύσταλλα και έναν ακριβό αλλά και σπάνιο μετασχηματιστή και όλα αυτά Δωρεάν !!! Ενώ κατά τη διάρκεια μας ενημέρωναν διαρκώς για την εξέλιξη.
Το after sales service, η ανθρωπιά και η εξυπηρέτηση στο ύψιστο επίπεδο !! Σας ευχαριστούμε τα μέγιστα !!!
17 years ago we had bought a wonderful ceiling lamp from the company Moraitis, due to an accident this particular lamp was damaged, the company manager dealt with the case for almost 10 days, the result was to supply us with 45 components along with crystals and a expensive but also rare transformer and all this Free !!! While during us they were constantly informed about the development.
