They do a great job of explaining how the wine is made and what it tastes like, even if you're not familiar with the lingo. We came in expecting just wine, but they also brought out some complimentary snacks that paired well with each glass. The interior ambiance is beautiful as well.

They were also super accommodating with my boyfriend not being a big fan of cheese and replaced it with another dish off their menu. You MUST try the orange wine, very special wine we got 3 bottles to gift

I've taken many vineyard tours over the years, but this was the most informative. We learned so much about the history about wine cultivation across the Agean, and what makes the Cyclades region unique in terms of wine production. We learned about types of grapes which grow only on Paros, or only in the Cyclades, and then had the opportunity to taste the fantastic wines which Moraitis creates with them. Our guide, Thanos was engaging, knowledgeable, and spoke perfect English (and German too!). We did the Wine and Cheese Tasting Experience (5 wines and 5 cheese pairings from local creameries) and were really impressed with the quality of the wines, their rich histories, and the delicious cheeses. If I could give this place ten stars, I would!

Just a short walk from the town’s port, this 3-generation old now winery has some spectacular wines, surprisingly good and imaginative food (despite the limited options), and great, friendly, knowledgeable hosts. The wine tasting and tour of the estate is highly recommended.

We tried 6 different types of wines. 100% malvasia based wines were few among them. Since the grape variety originate from Paros, one should definitely try. We also tried a wine that was aged in an Amphora and is organic. It tasted quite interesting compared to the other wines. We bought few bottles to take back home. Must visit winery when you are in Paros.
