★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παράγγειλα 2 ταινίες sika Multiseal BT την Τετάρτη πρωί 23/02/22 και τις εξόφλησα με κάρτα. Η παραγγελία επεξεργάστηκε την ίδια μέρα. Περίμενα να παραλάβω την Πέμπτη 24/02/22 ( η courier χρειάζεται 1 ημέρα παράδοση στο σπίτι μου) και επειδή δεν έλαβα κάτι επικοινωνώ με το κατάστημα οπού και με ενημέρωσαν ότι η παραγγελία μου θα φύγει την Παρασκευή 25/02/22. Την Παρασκευή λαμβάνω mail ότι εντός της ημέρας θα αποσταλούν τα προϊόντα. Την Δευτέρα 28/2/22 επικοινωνώ με την courier όπου με ενημερώνει ότι δεν έχει παραληφθεί κανένα δέμα για μένα. Επικοινωνώ με το κατάστημα που μου λένε ότι η παραγγελία έχει φύγει την Παρασκευή αλλά δεν μπορούν να μου δώσουν τον αριθμό αποστολής λόγω φόρτου εργασίας και θα το στείλουν με mail αργότερα. Το μεσημέρι επικοινωνώ με το κατάστημα και μου λένε πάλι τα ίδια. Στις 15:00 επικοινωνώ με το κατάστημα και μου δίνουν αριθμό αποστολής. Τον χρησιμοποιώ στο site της courier και βλέπω ότι η παραγγελία παραδόθηκε Δευτέρα 28/2 και ώρα 13:03. Αισθάνομαι βαθύτατα προσβεβλημένος από την συμπεριφορά αυτή. Τα αντικείμενα της παραγγελίας δεν τα θέλω όπως δεν θέλω καμία σχέση με το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Εν τέλει κατόπιν έρευνας βρήκα και τα αντικείμενα 20% φθηνότερα σε άλλο κατάστημα.
 I ordered 2 sika Multiseal BT movies on Wednesday morning 02/23/22 and paid for them with a card. The order was processed the same day. I was waiting to receive it on Thursday 24/02/22 (the courier needs 1 day delivery at my house) and because I did not receive anything I contacted the store where they informed me that my order will leave on Friday 25/02/22. On Friday I receive an email that the products will be sent within the day. On Monday 28/2/22 I contact the courier where he informs me that no parcel has been received for me. I contact the store who tell me that the order has left on Friday but they can not give me the shipment number due to workload and they will send it by mail later. At noon I contact the store and they tell me the same things again. At 15:00 I contact the store and they give me a shipping number. I use it on the courier site and I see that the order was delivered on Monday 28/2 at 13:03. I feel deeply offended by this behavior. I do not want the items of the order as I do not want any relation with the specific store. Finally, after researching, I found the items 20% cheaper in another store.
