M	Marilena Margariti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματοποίησα ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία 01/03/21. Μετά από 10 εργάσιμες ημέρες, καθώς δεν είχα καμμία ενημέρωση, προσπάθησα να επικοινώνησω με το κατάστημα - ανεπιτυχώς όμως ... Στο μεταξύ είχα στείλει mail και είχα συμπληρώσει φόρμα παραπόνων. Έλαβα τελικά απάντηση στις 18/03/21, όπου μου εξηγούσαν πως υπήρχε πρόβλημα με τις μεταφορικές και πως ξεκάθαρη εικόνα για την παραγγελία μου θα έχουν την Δευτέρα 22/03/2021. Σε απάντηση μου την Παρασκευή 19/03/21, τους εκφράζω πάλι τα παράπονα μου και ενημερώνω πως θέλω να ακυρώσω την παραγγελία. Παρ'όλα αυτά, την επόμενη βδομάδα ήρθε το δέμα, το οποίο όμως και δεν απόδεχτηκα, μιας και μετά από τόσες μέρες είχα ήδη εξυπηρετηθεί από άλλο κατάστημα. Κατανοητό λόγω κατάστασης να υπάρχει πρόβλημα με τις μεταφορικές και μεγάλος όγκος παραγγελιών, επιεικώς απαράδεκτο όμως για κατάστημα με e-shop να μην υπάρχει κάποιος για την έγκαιρη ενημέρωση των πελατών, τόσο για την κατάσταση-εξέλιξη των παραγγελιών τους ή έστω για γενική ενημέρωση. I placed an online order on 01/03/21. After 10 working days, as I had no information, I tried to contact the store - but unsuccessfully ... In the meantime I had sent an email and filled out a complaint form. I finally received an answer on 18/03/21, where they explained to me that there was a problem with the transport and that they will have a clear picture of my order on Monday 22/03/2021. In my response on Friday 19/03/21, I express my complaints to them again and inform that I want to cancel the order. Nevertheless, the following week came the parcel, which I did not accept, since after so many days I had already been served by another store. Understandable due to the situation that there is a problem with shipping and a large volume of orders, but indulgently unacceptable for a store with an e-shop that there is no one for timely information of customers, both for the status-progress of their orders or even for general information.

Επιβεβαίωση αποστολής πήρα την ίδια στιγμή με την παραγγελία μου μετά παίζει να την γράψανε κανονικά! Ούτε σε μέιλ απαντάνε, ούτε στην φόρμα στο σάιτ, στο ινστα , σε μηνύματα , πουθενά! Για τηλέφωνο ούτε λόγος έτσι ; Συγχαρητήρια ?? I placed an order 20 days ago ... As long as you listened to it, I also listened !!!! I received a confirmation of shipment at the same time as my order, then it seems that it was written normally! They do not reply to e-mails, nor to the form on the site, to insta, to messages, nowhere! For phone or reason like that? Congratulations ??

Έκανα παραγγελία 1 Σεπτεμβρίου ακόμα δεν έχει έρθει τίποτα δεν με ενημέρωσαν επίσης για τίποτα και δεν σηκώνουν και τα τηλέφωνα σε αριθμό που έκανα την παραγγελία ενώ σε άλλους αριθμούς το σηκώνουν. Μια φορά που κατάφερα να επικοινωνήσω με δούλευαν κανονικά. Μου είπαν ότι θα με πάρουν οι ίδιοι για κωδικό αποστολής δεν με πήραν ποτέ, είπαν ότι έστειλαν το δέμα δεν ήρθε ποτέ κοροϊδεύουν πολύ αναξιόπιστο κατάστημα αλλά και προσωπικό ??? Tragic! I placed an order on September 1st, nothing has arrived yet, they also did not inform me about anything and the phones do not pick up the number I placed the order while other numbers pick it up. Once I managed to contact them they worked normally. They told me that they would take me for a shipping code, they never took me, they said that they sent the parcel, it never came, they are making fun of a very unreliable store but also staff ???
R	Renia Christou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Έκανα παραγγελία τέλη Αυγούστου και μέχρι σήμερα δεν είχα καμία ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη της. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο και δεν απαντούν ποτέ! Σε μέιλ που τους έστειλα σήμερα, μού είπαν ότι τελικά το προϊόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο!!!!! Απαράδεκτοι! Very poor service. I placed an order at the end of August and until today I had no information about its progress. I get a phone call and they never answer! In an email I sent them today, they told me that finally the product is not available !!!!! Unacceptable!
P	Penelope Korona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά απαράδεκτοι. Έκανα παραγγελία 19/9 πλήρωσα ηλεκτρονικά και δεν ήρθε ποτέ. Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι το προϊόν έχει εξαντληθεί και ότι θα μου επιστραφούν τα χρήματα αλλά ακόμη τίποτα. Στέλνω mail, τηλεφωνώ ακόμη δεν έχει γίνει η επιστροφή χρημάτων.Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά το λιγότερο, χρόνια αγοράζω από το internet τέτοια καραγκιοζιλίκια πρώτη φορά συναντώ Really unacceptable. I placed an order 19/9 I paid electronically and it never came. I called them and they told me that the product has been sold out and that my money will be refunded but still nothing. I send mail, I call but the refund has not been made yet. Unprofessional behavior at least, I have been buying such caricatures from the internet for the first time I meet
Β	ΒΙΒΗ ΜΠΙΤΖΑΚΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι!!!!!! Εκανα προπληρωμένη ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία. Δεν μου ήρθε κανένα mail επιβεβαίωσης. Τους έψαχνα στα τηλέφωνα 7 μέρες και δεν το σήκωνε κανένας. Τους βρήκα μετά από 10 μέρες μου είπαν ότι το έστειλαν και ακόμα περιμένω το δέμα!!!! Εννοείται θα κάνω και αναφορά στο skroutz γιατί από κει τους βρήκα. Unacceptable !!!!!! I made a prepaid online order. I did not receive any confirmation mail. I was looking for them on the phones for 7 days and no one picked it up. I found them after 10 days, they told me that they sent it and I am still waiting for the package !!!! Of course I will also mention skroutz because I found them there.
K	Katrin Katerina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζω τέσσερα αστέρια λόγω του ότι έκαναν τρεις εβδομάδες να έρθουν...Αλλά τόσο κάνουν και από Κίνα που παραγγέλνω. Έχω υπομονή να περιμένω τρεις εβδομάδες...αν είναι να έρθουν όπως και ήρθαν. Είχα διαβάσει προηγούμενα σχόλια και φοβόμουν πως δεν θα έρθουν.. και θα έχανα τα χρήματα μου. Τελικά ήρθαν όλα, άψογα, και σε πάρααα πολύ καλές τιμές. Το γράφω κυρίως γιατί κι εγώ χρειαζομουν σχόλια να λένε να μην ανησυχώ και ότι θα έρθουν... Δεν τους ενόχλησα τηλεφωνικα παρά την προτελευταία μέρα που μου φέρθηκαν άψογα στο τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν έφυγαν χθές. Την επόμενη μέρα ήταν σε εμένα. Θα αγόραζα ξανά σίγουρα!!!! I put four stars because they took three weeks to come ... But so do they from China that I order. I have the patience to wait three weeks ... if they are to come as they came. I had read previous comments and I was afraid that they would not come ... and I would lose my money. Finally everything came, perfectly, and at very, very good prices. I write it mainly because I also needed comments to say not to worry and that they will come ... I did not bother them on the phone despite the penultimate day that they treated me perfectly on the phone and told me they left yesterday. The next day it was on me. I would definitely buy again !!!!
C	Chrysafi Tsapikouni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικής ποιότητας και πρωτότυπου σχεδίου το παπούτσι. Πολύ γρήγορη η παραλαβή στο σπίτι με πολύ ωραίο περίβλημα. Τρομερά εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί οι άνθρωποι που απαρτίζουν το δυναμικό της εταιρείας αλλά και των καταστημάτων. Θα προτιμήσω ξανά το φυσικό κατάστημα αλλά και το e-shop για οποιαδήποτε αγορά μου. Τέλος, οι τιμές λογικότατες και ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στα δεδομένα της εποχής. The shoe is of exceptional quality and original design. Very fast delivery at home with a very nice case. The people who make up the company and the stores are very helpful and kind. I will again prefer the physical store and the e-shop for any of my purchases. Finally, the prices are very reasonable and fully correspond to the data of the time.
