Absolutely terrible customer service and the most obnoxius and rude owner/ rental car dealer i've ever come across. If you wsnt to be treated with respect, don't rent here.

Bad service, not professional at all. It was 10.15.... We asked to take the quad until 11.00 am of the day after (24 hours). And in the first moment they agreed. They bring us to another place to rend the quad because they don't have one for us, then they changed their mind and they wanted their quad the same evening. So we decided to go to another place but we lost 1 hour.

They have extremely bad service. Do not rent from this place. I went to them asking them about the pricing.. and they said 28 euros. I, then, went to the place next door just to see what their fare was and they said 30 euros. I went back to this place because it had better pricing. He said acting really rude and said no more atv is available. Even though there was one clearly just sitting there. He was like now you come back because I have better deal. I dont want to give it to you now. Lol, really man? You will talk a customer like that? As a consumer, I am not going to apologize for looking for a better price. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. No courtesy whats so ever. I guarantee one day they will go out business because of their customer service. Everybody has given them 1-2 star and makes sense why. DO NOT RENT

Very rude don’t bother and go to Moto Explorer down the road

We recently returned from Kamari and were interested in hiring a jeep (mini car) costing 85 Euros. My husband and I discussed this with the owner of Moto Star on a couple of occasions and once we had decided on which date we wanted the hire, we paid a 20 Euro deposit. We were given a receipt for this payment. On the date of the hire we arrived at the establishment at the agreed time of around 10:00am. The owner was very vague about explaining the terms of the hire and during the course of the conversation, we realised we were unable to find the receipt for the deposit we had paid. The owner said that no receipt was 'not good' and claimed that we had not paid the deposit despite the fact we had visited him on 2 occasions to discuss the hire. We went back to our apartment and found the receipt for the payment but by this time myself and my husband were very concerned as our trust in the owner was now compromised. We returned to Moto Star with the receipt and my husband told the owner that we no longer wanted to proceed with the hire and were prepared to lose the 20 Euros. However, to our surprise, the owner refunded this money. I would suggest that anyone who wants to go ahead hiring any sort of vehicle, be it moped, quad bike or car, to make sure that you know what your are signing up to. Having read other reviews about Moto Star since we returned home, we are extremely glad we did not go ahead. We have read reviews about the owner trying to lay blame on customers for supposed 'damage' in order to extort further monies from them. An incident which could well ruin your holiday. We feel that we had a narrow escape but just went with our gut feeling that these people are not honest. BE VERY CAREFUL!

I've rented a car for 7 days and I was very happy with them. I had no issues at all, the car was good and the owner was very helpful with giving me recommendations on how to move around the island with the car and where is best to park in each village.

DO NOT USE THESE! Me and my boyfriend hired a quad for a week while in sanotrini, after 3 days the man who owns this place pushed my boyfriend of the quad and took it of him for no reason at all. My boyfriend then went to the shop to get his money back as this was out of the blue and he refused. He then called the police on my boyfriend for asking for his money back. He rang 3 men to come down all arguing with my boyfriend in greece when he was stood by himself, very intimidating! The police were on my boyfriends side and demanded the money back from the guy who was very reluctant. After he got his money back the guy from the store then continued to stalk us on the rest of our holiday. Very creepy! His wife would also shout abuse at us every time she seen us walking the streets it was very intimidating. DO NOT USE AT ALL!
